Spellbound - 7

"Yeo-ri! What are you doing here?"

Jung Ji-ho jogged to where Kang Yeo-ri stood at the park where he were currently shooting the tv movie.

"Hi!" She waved happily, giving him a quick hug when he reached her. "I brought you lunch. They had a good selection at the cafeteria today and I thought you'd like some."

"Wow, thanks, Hun. You didn't have to," he assured. "Good thing because I'm starving."

"Tsk! You should eat on time," Yeo-ri reminded him. Finding a free bench, she ordered, "Sit. There's a juice stand over there. Do you want some? I'll get for us."

"Really? You can stay with me for a few minutes?"

"Yes, I rushed my lunch so I could go see you," she said before running to get refreshments. When she returned, she sat beside him and asked, "Good?"

Jung Ji-ho nodded as he munched. "Good. Do you want to have some? Are you sure you ate enough?"

"I did!" She swore. "I wanted to pass by since we won't have a date night again and I already miss you."

Ji-ho gave her a look conveying his apology before he took her hand to caress it. "Sorry. A few more days and we're done here. I'll be around so often you'll be sick of me."

Yeo-ri chuckled, "Promise?"

"Promise." He said meeting her smile.

Staring at her handsome man, she asked, "Ummm Ji-ho-ssi?" When he turned to her, she continued, "Do you... do you mind public displays of affection?"

Ji-ho's eyes widened. "You're not going to make out with me here, are you?!"

Yeo-ri laughed before she hit him lightly. "Silly! I just wanted to give you a peck."

Narrowing his eyes, he asked, "On my cheek?"

She nodded. "Can I?"

Ji-ho agreed, leaned closer and waited for her kiss. But, in the split second before her lips touched his skin, he turned his head so her kiss landed on his lips. He held on to her for a few seconds before finally letting go, with a huge smile.

Kang Yeo-ri was shocked, while Ji-ho grinned like a little boy. Kissing her nose, he chuckled, "I'm a fan of PDA ... only with you."

Yeo-ri blushed. "You're making my heart flutter, Mister."

"Good. Because since I met you, I've had butterflies in my stomach and my heart hasn't stopped beating fast," he said. "I'd say we're even."

The two of them created a world where only they existed. She saw only him. He saw only her.

The world saw two people who adored one another. One of the people who watched the couple, mumbled, "I made a mistake. Maybe I shouldn't have left."
