"Do I look nice?" Baek Jang-mi asked her friends over another video conference.

They were supposed to be in town today to view the advertisements posted for their favorite actor's birthday. However, the initial dinner schedule had to be moved because the Inspector suddenly fell in. The new schedule fell on this day so she had to stay home and just get updates from the ahjummas.

In Min Tae Gu's defense, he was very apologetic knowing how important the 25th was to her. "I'm sorry, Jang-mi-ah. You can still go with your friends and I'll just pick you up somewhere?"

"No, it's alright. I don't want you stuck in traffic just to get to me. The ladies will send me videos," she assured.

"I owe you," he said.

"Oh you do! Because I cleared one of the photos in the gift and it includes your favorite actress!"

He chuckled at what she said, but he knew she was beginning to like his favorite actress, too.

One night, he woke up to find her space empty. Going out of the room to look for her, he found her bawling her eyes out  at the living room. "What's wrong? What's wrong? Are you okay?" he asked, rushing to her. Rubbing his arms and kissing her forehead, his heart clenched  upon seeing her tear streaked face and puffy eyes. "Tell me. What's wrong?"

"They wouldn't let her come home!" she told him in between hiccups. "And they took away her closest friend! How cruel are they! Huhuhuhu!"

"Who? Who are they? Who did this to you?" Min Tae Gu asked, getting mad at the undetermined enemy.

Jang-mi pulled back from his embrace. "What?"

"I'm going to find them and make them pay for ---"

She cut him off by placing a finger on his lips, like he always does to her. Kissing him gently, she chuckled, "Not me. Princess Deokhye."

"Princess who?!"

Pointing to the TV, "I watched her movie because she's your favorite. I didn't know this would be so painful." Seeing another scene currently being played, Jang-mi started crying again. "HUHUHUHUHU! Why are they so mean???"

Min Tae Gu slumped on the couch in relief. "Geesh, you had me worried there." However, soon enough, she pulled him to watch the movie with her.

Towards the end, he was also cheering on one of the characters. "He found her! He found her!"

When the reunion scene at the airport came up, Jang-mi heard sniffling from behind her, so she passed Tae Gu a tissue and they both cried when the Princess saw her good friend again.

Now, for their dinner, Jang-mi even copied one of the looks of the actress but she wouldn't tell him that.

Her friends assured her that she looks fantastic. Myeung-Sun, remembering her insecurities, asked, "How do you feel about this meeting?"

Jang-mi sighed. "I feel bad because this is still uncomfortable for me, but this means a lot to Tae Gu. I wouldn't want him to hear the story alone because I worry it might hurt."

"Did you tell him this?" Young-Ae asked.

Jang-mi nodded. "Yes! He knows. But I also assured him I want to be there."

"We'll be checking our phones the whole time. Just message us if you need words of support, okay?" Ok-geum said.

"Oh, Ok-geum. I just might invite you if ever we do have a wedding," Jang-mi teased.
