-Draco's POV-

Days quickly passed.

I have been watching her around, noticing that she has recovered from her sadness. Her friends are always there to cheer her up, especially...Michael. He never left her side.

I truly wish I could cheer her up, but I didn't want everyone to think that we're in a relationship or we're close. I know she didn't want it too.

I was sitting down at the couch with my elbow rested on the couch's arm and my hand formed into a fist, pressing my lips.

Theo, Adrian, and Blaise are playing Dart while Vincent and Gregory went to Hogsmeade. They asked me to come, but I refused because I still need to see if she's alright and I still need to keep her on my watch.

I saw Michael coming downstairs and walked towards me then sat down next to me.

"Thoughts went above the clouds, Draco?" He chuckled.

"You seem very happy today, Michael." I looked at him, my chin rested on my hand.

"Well, we shouldn't always frown everyday. It's nice for the health." He told.

I just smirked, then my eyes caught her entering the common room with Daphne and overheard them talking about their class in Transfiguration yesterday, about how she turned the mirror covered with feathers instead of turning it into a dove. They are both laughing about it.

My eyes followed her until she and Daphne sat down across William, her brother, at the table nearby the window.

Her smile. Those beautiful smile of hers that could melt anyone's heart if you stared at her in one glimpse.

She place her elbow on the table as she rested her chin on her hand, smirking at her brother.

"Admit it," I heard Michael's voice, snapping me back to reality. "You like- No- You're falling for her." Mischievous smile appeared on his lips, his one brow raised up.

"You're talking nonsense, Michael. Maybe you should be the one to admit that you like her based on the way you look at Y/n." I told, wanting to know if he truly takes interest on Y/n.

"What if I do?" Again, he smiled sarcastically.

I felt myself ranging in jealousy and anger, but I didn't let it visible upon me and controlled my own temper for me to avoid causing any argument inside the room.

"Of course, I like her, she's my friend." Michael laughed. "I like her as my friend."

Hearing those words from him made me feel relieved and my anger swiped away from my body.

"Michael!" Michael turned his head to Theo, who is waving at him to come and play with them.

Michael has been good friends with them too. He's truly friendly, that's the difference between us.

He gave me a pat on the shoulder and got off the couch, heading to the boys.

My eyes went back to her, watching her laugh and smile.

-Michael's POV-

My eyes caught Y/n as she entered the room with Daphne while they're laughing.

She wore the smile she always has. So sweet that it melted my heart. She's angelic. She's not only angelic by face, but by heart. Sweet girl she is.

Then, I noticed Draco too was also looking at her. He looks like he's...falling for her. Was he?

He watched her as she went to her brother. I even noticed a tiny smile crept up on the corner of his lips.

"Admit it, you like- No- You're falling for her." I smirked, hiding the sharp pain I feel inside my chest.

The way he looked at her, it was different. Different from the way he looked at his girlfriend, Pansy.

It was as if his eyes were glued to her.

Sometimes, I really wished I have never met her because I knew at the end, it'll just cause me a heartbreak.

I got up from the couch, patting on Draco's shoulder as I went to Theo and the group. They invited me to play Dart with them and would laugh if we missed the target.

"What about a duel? It would be more interesting and fun than just playing it with no challenge at all. Winner gets 5 galleons." Adrian suggested.

"But we should pick who among the room to duel." Theo smirked. "Michael, you go first."

I smiled and turned around the room, looking for someone certain to duel with me. I looked back at Draco, but he was now reading a book and I know he didn't want to be disturbed. Then my eyes landed on Y/n.

"Y/n!" I called.

-Y/n's POV-

I turned my head around as soon I heard my name being called. Michael was waving at me to come over.

I excused myself to my brother and Daphne, but Daphne followed me as I went over to Michael.

"Oh, you're playing Dart." Said Daphne.

"Yes, and I like Y/n to be my opponent." He told.

"Pardon?" I looked at him curiously.

"Be my opponent if you wanted to." He smiled, his dimple showed on his cheeks.

Dart, it's been a while since I last played those. The last time was summer before my fifth year.

"Sure, why not." I agreed.
