"Kill us?!" The man laid a hand on his chest and spoke with thick sarcasm. "Oh, please don't!"

"Saphron." Y/N called out, he ignored the many surrounding him and focused on her. "Breathe."

The young woman nodded through a fit of shallow breathing and lightheadedness.

Y/N's aggressors were unmoving, waiting. He suspected they awaited the crossing between kingdom borders, possibly for a free pass from authorities.

The sound of sliding metal belonging to a door caught Y/N's attention, he wasn't hoping for help, no, it was the opposite, they were.

A dozen more came piling in from behind Saphron, they had a wide assortment of weapons with all ranging in physique and species.

They were focused on him explicitly, it was more the reason for Y/N to back up into the center of the bullhead.

Saphron was left alone in the back, confirming Y/N's theory that they were indeed bounty hunters, or possibly assassins.

Either way, it didn't matter. If they were going for blood, then so was Y/N.

They were settled over the sea, so any destructive means from Y/N were out of the question, he needed to do this quick, personal and most importantly, away from Saphron.

Now standing with the assassins surrounding him on all sides, Y/N shifted so that his back was to the wall and kept all of his aggressors in view.

Saphron managed to keep her episode under control, yet she sat frozen, a part of her told her to run and the other forced her to stay.

Reaching for her pack on the floor, she flinched once the door beside her slid open and a large man came lumbering through.

Their eyes crossed for a moment, a trained assassin knew better than to gain unwanted heat so he ignored her all together.

"When they told me that we were hunting a dead man,"

Y/N stood his ground as a large man came forward, he split the group of assassins to stand before him.

"I was sure it was a joke, but I know better than to doubt others, especially when it comes to an unknown semblance."

He was tall, just a pinch shorter than Y/N yet they shared a similarity in build. It truly shined when he clenched his right fist and held it forward.

"Solus, or whoever you may be," A vambrace on his forearm reacted to his aura flaring, activating a cyan light in its sectioned metal. "I will assure your friend's safety if you come with us."

It was a bluff, but Y/N didn't know that. Neither did he know if the assassin was referring to Saphron or Taiyang, Qrow, and even Glynda.

They found me... it only means they could find the others.

Catching the denial in his eyes, the assassin spoke with a hum. "Very well..." The leader's arm was illuminated in a bright light, the source originated from a large hard light shield coming from his vambrace. "Kill him."

The same man from before charged forward with a scream, in his hand was a small axe with a harsh blunt point on the other end.

He moved somewhat faster than Y/N expected, yet it still paled in comparison to his speed.

Reeling his arm back, Y/N prepared to either completely behead him or leave him with a terrible headache.

Y/N froze in place, to his right there was a metallic cuff and cable fastened around his wrist with a purple glow from gravity dust. A few others quickly worked to pinning his arm down.
