Y/n POV

As I parked my car and started heading into my work (a famous restaurant), I quickly hurried so I wouldn't be late and get yelled at from my boss. I opened the door and closed it and started making my way behind the counter to put my uniform on (You're a waiter). There were a lot of people since I could hear them as I made my way to the back of the restaurant, we are known as the best restaurant in Barcelona, Spain. People started taking their seats and Sofiá, Fernanda, Alex, Lexie, and me started taking people's orders.

After a while I got to have my 20 minute break, but Lexie came over to me and said "t/n puedes ir a la mesa 21, mi mamá me llamó y quiere que me apresure y me vaya a casa" (y/n can you please go to table 21, my mom called me and she wants me to hurry and go home) she said taking off her uniform

"claro niña, espero que todo esté bien, dile a la Sra. Lopez que le dije hola" (of course girl, hope everything's alright, tell Mrs. Lopez I said hi) I said getting up "Oh espera t/n hay alrededor de 20 personas en la mesa " (Oh wait y/n there's around 20 people at the table) she said I then quickly hugged her then went to grab my notebook and pen and made myself look presentable. And started making my way to the table, once I turned the corner I saw the table full of 20 men. I got a little nervous but went to go take their orders

"Hola mi nombre es t/n y seré tu nuevo mesero" (Hello my name is y/n and I will be your new waiter) I said smiling at them, they nodded their head then I asked

"¿Qué les gustará a ustedes?" (What will you guys like?)

They said their orders, as I was writing them down this one guy caught my attention, he looked to be around his early 20's he was cute, he had that kind of hair like the boys inside those 90's movies. I wrote all of them down once they were done I said "Ok, su pedido debería estar aquí en breve" (Ok your order should be here shortly) I then left and gave the order to the cooks. After around 30 minutes they were done. I got some help from Alex, Fernanda and Alexa, when we got to the table, I smiled at the guy with the long mop hairstyle man. We placed the order down we said goodbye and left. I had to go take another's tables order then I felt a tap on my shoulder.

Messi POV

As me and my amigos went to this fancy restaurant. Our waiter Lexie brought us to table 21 and gave us our menus. After 6 minutes we saw a different person come up to us "Hola mi nombre es t/n y seré tu nuevo mesero" (Hello my name is y/n and I will be your new waiter) she was cute and very pretty. After she took our orders and left I heard my teammate Xavi said "Parece que Lio tiene un nuevo interés" (Looks like Lio have a new interest)

"No"

"Mhm, ¿por qué la mirabas así todo el tiempo?" (Mhm why were you staring at her like that the whole time) I stayed quiet and the guys laughed. I ignored them and went on my phone, after some minutes have passed I saw Y/n and some other people coming with our food. Y/n smiled at me and placed my food and drink down. I smiled at her, once they were done they left. The boys kept talking until Gerard said "deja de mirarla así Lio y ve a buscar su número" (stop looking at her like that Lio and go get her number)

"¿debería? " (Should I?) I asked them still looking at her

"Duh" They all said and I started getting up, I went towards her and tapped her shoulder. She turned around and she saud

"Oh, hola, ¿tu comida está bien?" (Oh hello is your food alright?)

"Uh, sí, pero me preguntaba si puedo conseguir tu número" (Uh yes, but I was wondering if I can get your number) I said putting my hair d around my neck being nervous

"Seguro aquí" (Sure, here) she said, I took out my phone and gave her it. She put down her number and her name

"T/n es un buen nombre" (Y/n is a nice name)

"Gracias, lleva el nombre de mi abuela" (Thank you it's named after my Grandma) she said giving me my phone

"T/n, me preguntaba si te gustaría salir a cenar conmigo el sábado" (So y/n I was wondering if you would like to go out to dinner with me on Saturday)

"Me encantaría.. " (I would love to..) She said, then I realized I never gave her my name

"Lionel... Lionel Messi"

"Ok, me encantaría Lionel Messi" (Ok I would love to Lionel Messi)

That's when I knew it was really love at first sight.
