Life hasn't been exactly easy since I became a human. Humans are slow, weak and can't fly. The darkness which was once my friend, feels now completely unknown to me.

It has not been all bad though, I've never been able to enjoy the sunlight. I actually never knew it could be so warm and nice.

I mostly miss playing on my guitar. Ever since I came human I lost my super vampire strength, I can't lift my guitar anymore. The thing was made for a vampire, and is super heavy. I never actually knew it was so heavy. Severus offered to buy me another one, but I could never replace my guitar. It meant too much to me.

I stared at the celling as I layed in bed, when someone stormed into my room. "Y/n! It's diner time. Aren't you coming?" It was one of my 'friends' or at least someone who thinks I'm his friend.

Even now I was human I was still pretty populair, people still remembered me as the cool vampire and want to be my friend. I think it makes Severus uncomfortable.

"Sure, is Severus going to be there." He pulled a nasty face. "Who cares?"

I grinded my teeth and decided not to comment. Slowly I followed, hoping to find Sev there. I walked to the Slytherin table but there was no sight of the raven haired boy.

I sighed.

Severus has been distant lately. I guess he's having a hard time too. It wasn't easy for him either to become young again. He lost his position as potion master and head of Slytherin.

Just as I was about to sit on the Slytherin table I was pulled on my sleeve by a Gryffindor boy. "Come sit with us!"

"Harry, Ron, how are you doing?" I gave him a smile. They laughed and replied with good.

"Have any of you seen Sev?" They looked confused to me. "Snape I mean." I quickly added.

Ron shrugged. "No, don't really care either. No one likes that guy, he's super scary."
