(scene opens to the Lookout where Ryder is playing with the pups including a visiting Everest)
Everest: This is so much fun!
Marshall: (chuckles) Yeah!
Liberty: (arrives with the Junior Patrollers) Hi pups!
Pups: (happily) Liberty!
Liberty: (chuckles) great seeing Ryder and you pups again!
Mini, Nano, and Tot: (eagerly) Hi!
Everest: (giggles) Hi little cuties!
Liberty: So pups, anything interesting go on?
Ryder: It's been pretty peaceful around Adventure Bay lately!
Liberty: nice to hear nobody has been causing trouble!
Ryder: (chuckles) Yep!
(scene changes to Foggy Bottom where Harold is busy searching for a meteor piece or crystal)
Harold: Here meteor crystal, come to Harold!
Mayor Humdinger: (scoffs) Harold, even I know that won't work!
Harold: Will see about that, uncle!
Mayor Humdinger: Oh yeah? Then I wish a pair of those tough genie pup guards related to Hydro would appear! (scoffs) Like that would happen! (snaps fingers)
(a rift opens before two huskies in uniforms tumble out and crash into Harold)
Harold: Oof! (annoyed) Hey!?
Mayor Humdinger: (looks at the pups collars) (shocked gasps) Could it be possible?
Harold: (annoyed) Uncle, please get these two off me!
Mayor Humdinger: Hang on nephew! (looks at the rift instantly closes)
Both huskies: (groans) (both slowly get off Hydro)
Harold: (relieved) Much better!
Mayor Humdinger: Who are you huskies?
Both huskies: (left) I'm Shadow! (right) I'm his brother Gear! (both) (sighs) Our brother Hydro perished when some crazy prospector wished the universe would explode like fireworks!
Shadow: (realizes) (confused) How'd we survive?
Gear: It appears an unknown force protected us and we were transported to another time stream!
Mayor Humdinger: Very impressive!
Harold: If you both wouldn't mind, I've got a meteor crystal to find!
Shadow: (moves his paw finding a meteor piece with a crystal inside) This?
Harold: (notices) A meteor crystal! (knows he has to say please to get it) Can I please have it?
Shadow: Hm? I guess! (tosses it over to Harold)
Harold: (regains his powers) Yes! I've got my powers back!
Gear: Very impressive inventing method!
Harold: Wait, are you also an inventor?
Gear: Maybe a little?
Harold: Well I should mention that a team of naughty pups in Adventure Bay and their evil mayor stole it from my uncle! Forcing him to lead what little people reside in Foggy Bottom!
Shadow: What!? How dare they force your uncle out!
Gear: (nods) Agreed!
Harold: Then join me and we can defeat those vile pups!
