Part 26

At the end of the training session, you check the news on your phone, you see that Leah has been taken to the hospital during training session. You're quite upset but mostly worried about how she is. You decide to call the Arsenal girls.

Y/n: Hey

Viv: Hey Y/n.

Beth: What's up?

Y/n: Is Leah with you?

Beth: No, actually, she's at the hospital.

Katie: Y/n? Good to see you.

Y/n: What happened? Is she okay?

Lia: No idea, she collapsed in the middle of training.

Y/n: What? Did the medical staff checked on her?

Beth: They, immediately, took her to the hospital.

Y/n: So it's pretty serious, that's what it means?

Katie: Wait, are you that much worried about her?

Y/n: Obviously, I'm worried. She's my wife.

Viv: Did you just call her "your wife"?

Y/n: I mean...

Beth: Wait, does that mean you're gonna get back together?

Y/n: I don't know, but I want to.

Steph: For real?

Caitlin: What made you change your mind?

Y/n: I guess, I tried to deny something that it was so obvious.

Lia: So happy for you, both. Leah hasn't been the same since your break up and especially since your leaving.

Katie: Yeah, I'm sure she will be so happy.

Y/n: I think I'm gonna call her.

Beth: Okay, see you soon, I guess. We'll see each other at the England Camp.

Y/n: Yeah, call-ups are in three days. Hope we'll see each other next week.

You end up the call, then, immediately, try to call Leah. You land on her voicemail. You're really worried about her. A few minutes later, you get a message from her.

Leah: Tried to call me?

Y/n: Hey, yeah, I heard about you being at the hospital. I just wanted to be sure that you're okay.

Leah: Worried about me. Why?

Y/n: Because I care about you.

Leah: You only care about me?

Y/n: Because I love you, Leah.

Leah: Here we are.

Y/n: What?

Leah: That's what I wanted you to say for weeks now. If I'd knew that I needed to be in a hospital that you say that you love me, I would injured myself earlier.

Y/n: Hey! Don't you dare say that gain. Okay? I hate the idea of you in a hospital bed.

Leah: Okay, won't say that again.

Y/n: Do you think you'll be there at England Camp, next week?

Leah: Yeah, the doctor said it was just a sunstroke. It won't affect my presence with the England team.

Y/n: Great, I'll have to tell you something there then.

Leah: Tell me now.

Y/n: No, I'll rather do it in a face to face, it'll be better, for both of us.
