Short Bio:

Phantom Balloon Boy isn't a physical animatronic. He is a hallucination of the night guard caused by the ventilation in the attraction. He is a ghostly version of Balloon Boy, he is green with dark eyes and looks like he was burned. He was revealed in a teaser for the game with the words, "Guess Who?" and a big number 10. The 10 doesn't mean anything, it was confirmed that there was supposed to be 10 teasers, all counting down to the games release, but that idea was abandoned. It is theorized by some fans that "Phantom BB" may actually be "Phantom JJ."

Technically, you could say Balloon Boy is "Un-Phantom Balloon Boy"

FNAF 3:

Phantom Balloon Boy is the first phantom animatronic likely to be encountered, as he appears on Night 2. He will randomly appear in the corner of any camera, and if you stay at him for more than a second, he will close your monitor and jumpscare you, causing you to black out temporarily and cause ventilation problems. He and the other phantoms cannot kill the night guard.

Ultimate Custom Night:

Phantom BB returns for the ultimate custom night and is listed as the 18th character on the character select screen. In this game, he will again appear on your monitor, except this time he's more noticeable as he's a bright green PNG, as opposed to FNAF 3 where he was dark and the building was also dark. He will jumpscare you if you don't close the cameras quick enough, causing your ventilation to have problems. He doesn't have a real jumpscare, just a white PNG of him appearing.

FNAF VR: Help Wanted:

Phantom BB appears in the FNAF 3 section of this game. Although weirdly, with no legs.

FNAF AR: Special Delivery:

Phantom BB is not in this game. (Although he easily could've been a skin).
