Short Bio:
El Chip is an animatronic created for El Chip's Fiesta Buffet, he is a mexican themed animatronic and seems to be a separate restaurant in partnership with Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, he even gets his own restaurant in the pizzaplex in Security Breach. He is a beaver and is assumed to be based on Chipper, Scott's old character, who was also in FNAF World.

El Chip can be bought in the Rare Finds Auction, the company's purpose is unknown. If he is bought with Music Man and Funtime Chica, and put on stage, you get the Posh Pizzeria achievement.

El Chip returns for the ultimate custom night and is listed as the 44th character on the character select screen. In this game, he cannot kill you, he doesn't even appear physically. Instead, ads will appear covering the whole screen for El Chip's Fiesta Buffet. They are a distraction and also may cause a loud noise, you can skip the ads, there are no 5 second ads like in FNAF 6. El Chip has 3 ads where he plays his guitar, breaks a piñata with kids, and gives out food. The kids in his ad are theorized to represent Susie, Fritz, and Cassidy. (Although if they DO represent characters, then it's likely Elizabeth, Vengeful Spirit, and Charlie).

El Chip appears at his own restaurant, there are plushies and other objects and pictures of him in there, but no animatronic for it. El Chip's restaurant has some importance, since Gregory needs to go in there to get to the arcade.
