History:
Raj and Isaac are friends with Oscar and are the secondary protagonists of Out of Stock. They don't really have their own personalities however, they share one. They're both a little unserious unlike Oscar. They both have entirely different looks in the graphic novel and the official illustration.

History:
Mrs. Avila is Oscar's mom, she doesn't get a name. She is a nurse and Oscar is always helping her out however he can since his dad died. At one point of the book, she asks Oscar for help on Halloween, which upsets Oscar and he lashes at her saying she expected him to grow up after his dad died. Plushtrap hears this conversation, and mimics her voice later. At the end of the book, she apologizes for putting pressure on him.
