Technically speaking, Fritz isn't canon, because night 7 isn't canon, it's just a fun...custom night so yeah. But Fritz is the playable character after Jeremy. Technically we COULD assume that Fritz IS canon and was hired after Jeremy, and the custom night is just other random nights. But that wouldn't make sense since Phone Guy said he'd take the shift after Jeremy.
