Short Bio:

Nightmare FredBear is the nightmare version of FredBear, and by extent, Golden Freddy. He was created by William Afton to torment Michael, and then re-created by the Vengeful Spirit in UCN. He was teased as a character with a teaser that shows a purple hat and purple bow tie, with the words, "Property of FredBear's Family Diner" at the bottom. Both he and Nightmare were believed to have been Shadow Freddy due to the purple accessories, and black body. Nightmare FredBear is a lot more aware than the other nightmares, he doesn't speak like a monster, he instead speaks sort of calmly. He has a similar personality to the FredBear plush, which may confirm he's the FredBear plush brought to life. It is theorized that the plushies is how the nightmares are brought to life, especially since Foxy turns into one.

FNAF 4:

Nightmare FredBear appears in Night 5 out of nowhere. Many players don't expect him, but he replaces all the other animatronics for the final night, as a final boss. He appears again on Night 6, but appears at 3AM, on Night 7, he is replaced by Nightmare. He will come from either the halls, the closet, or the bed. You just have to listen for his laugh. It is believed he is the same FredBear from the minigames but as a nightmare.

FNAF: Sister Location:

Nightmare FredBear is not in this game. But there is a square on the blueprint map in what is believed to be the FNAF 4 room, indicating FredBear is there.

Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator:

Nightmare FredBear is not in this game.

Ultimate Custom Night:

Nightmare FredBear returns for the ultimate custom night and is listed as the 21st character on the character select screen. In this game, if you hear his laugh, check the left door, and his glowing eyes will be there, close the door to make him go away.
