Short Bio:
Plushtrap is a toy of SpringBonnie. It is explained in minigames that he is a toy with a finger trap, so it's hazardous, sort of a comparison to Spring-Bonnie who has springlocks that are worse than a fingertrap. He was revealed in a teaser for FNAF 4, where he is seen sitting on a chair with the words, "bad things come in small packages." It is unknown what exactly Plushtrap is, and how he's alive and if he's even part of the nightmare gang that William created. But since he is a toy, it's likely. Later in the series however, Fazbear Entertainment has made him into a mascot, being part of their VR game, and even in games in Security Breach.

Plushtrap appears after every night in a minigame called, "Fun with Plushtrap." Where you have to listen for his running with the lights off, and if you shine the light on him, he'll stop moving or will be seen running. You have to get him to stop on the X in front of you, which means you have to let him get close, but if you let him get too close, he kills you. If you win these games, you get to skip 2 hours on the next night. However, if you die, and re-start, you won't skip 2 hours again. You have to win Plushtrap, skip 2 hours, and then beat the night on the first try. He is also seen in a minigame. Not the exact same one, but a kid is holding a toy of him.
FNAF: Sister Location:
Plushtrap is not in this game. However, the blueprint map, where it marks squares indicating there's an animatronic, marks one in what is believed to be the hallway from FNAF 4, indicating Plushtrap is there.
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator:

Ultimate Custom Night:

Plushtrap returns for the ultimate custom night. He is not on the character select screen, he is instead apart of Dee Dee's roster. If he is summoned, he will appear on his chair in front of Funtime Foxy's curtain, you have to catch him or else he'll kill you.

Plushtrap appears in the Dark Rooms section of this game, in which you play Fun with Plushtrap again but in VR. He also appears as a cardboard cut-out in DreadBear.
