Why can I never upload these on time? 

~Remus' POV~

I wake up with my face buried in a pillow. I shift around a little and realize why I woke up. I'm fucking freezing. What would usually annoy me makes me smile. 

I sit up a little and lean on my elbow, looking across the bed at the sleeping form of my husband. I love days like this. Days when neither of us have to work and I can just watch him for as long as I want. Does that sound a little creepy? Yes, very. But he's just so damn cute I can't handle it. It seems like lately we never have time to just hang out for a while. 

After a few minutes, I scoot forward and gently untangle my favorite blanket hog from the duvet, calming him down when he whines. "Shh, baby. You're okay." 

I settle myself under the blanket behind Sirius, wrapping an arm around his waist. He makes a small happy noise and cuddles close, reaching to grab my hand while still fully unconscious. I tuck his hair behind his ear, pressing a gentle kiss under his ear. "Good morning, sweetheart," 

~Sirius' POV~

I wake up with an arm being curled around my waist and kisses being pressed to my neck. I smile and wriggle back against Remus cheekily. 

"G'morning, Cherié," I mumble, my words a bit slurred with sleep. A soft moan escapes my throat when Remus gently bites at my shoulder at payback. "Wha' time 's it?"

"Almost nine," Remus answers, his scratchy morning voice making me smile. He pulls me closer to his chest and I relax even more, turning my head in a demand for kisses. 

"What's got you so cuddly this morning?" I ask, turning so I can look at Remus. He smiles and tangles his fingers in my hair. 

"I 'unno, maybe I just wanna love my beautiful birthday boy," He kisses me even as I giggle, his free hand holding my cheek. I wrap my arm around his waist and tangle our legs together, melting into the kiss as our tongues tangle together. 

We lay here for probably five minutes, kissing and touching lazily as we wake up. Remus pushes me onto my back and I laugh into the kiss as he pins my arms gently to the bed. Merlin, he's always so careful. 

"I don't even get to top on my birthday?" I ask when we finally pull away. Remus chuckles and trails teasing kisses down my neck. 

"Do you want to?" He asks, and I snort. 

"Hell no," I pull him in for another kiss. "You know I only top around the moon."

Remus just sighs, a fond note in his voice when he says. "I know," He pushes my hair out of my face, letting go of one of my wrists as an invitation. "Merlin, you're beautiful," 

I turn my head so Remus can't see me blush. "Oh, just shut up and fuck me already," 

~Remus' POV~

I poke Sirius in the side a couple of times, leaning down to kiss at his neck. "Shh, let me love you," I tickle his side until he finally turns back around, his cheeks bright red. 

"Stop it or I'm getting up," He says, crossing his arms poutily. I chuckle and lean down, kissing him again. It will always amaze me how easily I can get Sirius to calm down with a kiss. As soon as our lips touch, Sirius relaxes and his arms slide around my neck. I tilt my head to deeper the kiss, sliding one of my hands down over Sirius' thigh. He moans against my mouth and if I could smile, I would. Only I get to see this side of him.
