"ᴵᶻ ᴺᵃᵇⁱ ᵍᵘⁿⁿᵃ ᵈⁱᵉ!?"(Is Nami gonna die) Sanji muffled out, his teeth pulling on a cloth, holding back tears.

"ᵂᵉˡˡ!? ᴵᶻ ˢʰᵉ, ᴮⁱᵇⁱ!?"(Well!? Is she, Vivi!?)

Faythe was sitting in Nami's desk chair, observing the whole thing.

"It must be from the climate change... The one obstacle that all sailors who enter the Grand Line will crash into sooner or later, is sickness caused by abnormal climate...!" Vivi explained, her face full of worry.

"No matter how famous or strong of a Pirate you are, helplessly dying at the hands of such illnesses is a common occurrence here in the Grand Line." Vivi was by Nami's bedside, switching the towels on her forehead.

Nami's face was now reddened with fever, sweat continuously falling down her face. Usopp and Luffy stood there listening to Vivi's explanation.

"Even the slightest symptoms can lead to death if ignored. Isn't there anyone on this ship with some medical knowledge?" Vivi asked looking up at the four pirates.

Usopp and Luffy both pointed to Nami, Sanji was still crying, though he stopped after doing a loud sniffle.

"Not even Faythe?" Vivi asked hopefully.

The others turned to look at her curiously.

"I'm sorry but, medical stuff isn't my thing... Even if I was living with a doctor for ten years. I can only help keep the patient's health stable, but not cure it..." Faythe muttered, shrugging her shoulders.

"Itll help, but not solve it..." Vivi mumbled worriedly.

"Oh I'm sure she'll get better if she just eats some meat! Right, Sanji?" Luffy laughed out. Sanji looked up at the mention of his name, his hand on his hip.

"Well, I obviously plan on giving her nutritious meals that are easy enough to digest even for a sick person but... Even all that only goes so far as to be called 'Nursing'..." Sanji looked down thinking for a bit. "It may not actually cure her."

"And In the first place, when it comes to preparing meals for the ladies, I put in 100 times more effort than for the rest of you lot. I only use the freshest meats and vegetables to cook a perfectly balanced meal for them. The leftover scraps and ingredients on the verge of spoiling are then given to you..." Sanji explained his daily cooking resume.

"What!" Usopp called out irritated.

"Even so, it still tastes great! AHAHAHAHA!" Said Luffy, who doesn't care what he eats.

"I feel like a queen when Sanji speaks..." Faythe muffled a soft giggle.

"In any case, as long as I'm the chef on this ship, there won't be any troubles related to malnutrition or such. So if someone is still sick, then that's because of a completely different illness. And unless I know what that is, I won't know what type of meal to prepare would be best either."

"Couldn't you just eat everything instead?" Luffy pouted.

"Not having enough energy to even eat is what we call being sick in the first place, you idiot." Sanji sighed at Luffy's naivety.

Vivi checked Nami's temperature, but her face paled at the rise.

"F-Forty degrees!?" She shouted in disbelief. Faythe stood up quickly at the number.

"Her fever rose again!?" Faythe asked out nervously.

"There should be doctors in Alabasta, right?" Usopp asked, his arms crossed, "Just how much longer until we get there, Vivi?"
