Nami's Awaited Chat!//Chapter 58

Faythe, Usopp, and Sanji had just walked in to see their Captain already screaming about. But what Faythe didn't expect was Vivi reading through her book, along with Chopper and Luffy listening from over her shoulders.

Faythe instantly flushed with embarrassment as she let out a squeal, "Noooooo! Vivi...!?" She rushed over and snatched the book from the Princess' hold.

"Ah! Faythe! Sorry, but I was curious about what you wrote, so I was just gonna take a peek but then it got really interesting and I was engrossed in it almost instantly..!" Vivi waved her hands around, trying to excuse herself.

Faythe held the book to her chest as she glanced at the doctor and Captain, "And you two? What's your excuse??" Her face still heating in embarrassment.

Chopper tugged on Faythe's loose pants and looked at her book with sparkly eyes, "Can I keep reading it..? We were just at a good part..." He started whining cutely. His ears flopped down as he was getting sad that his story book was interrupted.

Faythe paused for a moment as she gazed down at the adorable creature by her side. She let out a strangled squeal as she kneeled down and gave the Doctor a hug, "Ughhhhhhh! Fine! But at least let me finish the ending of this adventure so you can read the ending, okay?" She nuzzled her cheek against his soft furry one.

"O-okay..." Chopper stuttered with a flaring red face. Faythe set him down on one of the beds next to her. She then turned her gaze to Luffy, "Where's your hat?"

"My hat?" Luffy tilted his head confused.

"Yeah, the Straw hat one."

"Didn't I give you it?"

"No, I gave it back, when we all knocked out for some sleep."

"Then where's my hat?"

"I don't know. Ask Vivi." Faythe shrugged.

Luffy turned his head to the Princess that sat next to him, "Hat?"

"I've got it right here." Vivi pulled open a drawer and grabbed the tucked in hat, placing it securely on the boy's head, "Here ya go."

"AIGHT! I GOT MY HAT! NOW WHERE'S MY BREAKFEST!?" Luffy burst out, his honesty knows no bounds. A growl coming loudly from his stomach answered his call.

"God, you're noisy as hell from the moment you wake up." Sanji chuckled as he dragged out a smoke.

"One of the soldier's found your hat outside the palace. It must've fell off as we were moved." Usopp thought up.

"OH THAT's GOOD!" Luffy patted his hat on his head.

"I'm glad your full of energy and okay now, Luffy..." Vivi smiled at his goofiness.

"Full of energy, okay? Ain't I always okay?" Luffy tilted his head confused.

A voice from the corner of the room, made Faythe go on alert as she turned to see who it was.

"You idiot, do you have any idea how high your fever was!? Vivi, Fae, and Chopper have been taking turns nursing you all this time, you know!" Faythe relaxed as she saw it was only Nami stacking her books in order, making them line up neat.

"REALLY!? THANKS!" Luffy gawked at the three who were called out.

The door creaked open to show Zoro stalk in with only grey robes on and his green belly warmer.

Zoro then noticed the people in the room and his Captain fully awake, "...Oh, you awake, Luffy?"

Luffy waved a hand towards the swordsman, "Oh hey, Zoro. Long time no see!" He then paused for a moment thinking, "Long time no see?"
