The cookie sighed for the 5th time that night, their head resting on their hand. 

It had been an incredibly long day. They had spent all morning running up and down the office, the whole afternoon trying to make the new schedule. And now there they were, doing the paperwork they had been ignoring. 

As much as they wanted to go home, it wasn’t going to do itself.

(Y/N) glanced at the big pile of papers at their side, sighing again. It just looked taller every time they looked at it.

“I should continue, or I will end up sleeping here...again. Now, where did I put my pen…”

“Here it is dear”

“Ah, thank y….” their eyes opened in surprise as they glanced up, soon meeting a familiar pair of blue eyes.

“ROGUEF…” they tried to say, only to be shushed by a finger on their mouth. 

“No need to be loud, my jewel” the thief said with a wink and a smile, making their blush intensify.

“What in the world are you doing here” the cookie said as Roguefort took a step back, their gaze examining the room.

“I was on a night stroll and saw my favourite cookie inside this building, so I decided to pay a visit” they said with a smile, glancing at them for a moment.

“The question is why you are still here, love. Shouldn’t you be home at this time?”

“... I’m just finishing this paperwork” they said with a sigh. 

“Mhm, how long have you been doing that?”

“I don’t know. A couple of hours?” (Y/N) said, their gaze moving back to the paper on their table.

“That won’t do. You need a break, my jewel” 

A break… that sounded nice. But they really needed to finish.

And since when did they consider the phantom thief suggestions?

A surprise noise left their mouth as the thief lifted the cookie on their arms without a problem.

"W-wait"

"I won't take a no for an answer, my jewel" the thief said with a small smirk, clearly satisfied with their reaction.

Though their gaze softened as they looked into their eyes.

"You need a break after a long day of work. Allow me to show you some of my favourites spots this night"
