Now there were some students at Star Academy who would make their living off of playing Duel Monsters!
Yep, you heard it right! Playing the popular American Card Game could actually profit some people.
And originally this would happen at Duel Academy, which was located off at an island close to Japan.
Though after the events of some evil cult, and people getting captured by a fiendish monster, the island had to be closed off.
So now Duel Academy moved on to Star Academy.
There were three rankings for each Duel Academy student attending, Slifer Red, Ra Yellow, and Obelisk Blue!
There were around 2 people you knew personally from each of these ranks.

Chazz Princeton (A very fine duelist! He used to be a total asshole from Obelisk Blue but got kicked out after losing to those in Ra and Slifer. He soon returned with a Jerk with a Heart of Gold mentality, and with different monsters! Uses the Doom Dragon/Ojama Deck!)

Tyranno Hassleberry (One of Jaden's closest friends! He originally was planning on being in Obelisk Blue but was cheated out of it in the entrance exams! But he was humbled after Jaden beat him! He's got Dino DNA! Well a Dino bone was used to repeat the fractured tibia of his left leg! Uses a Dinosaur themed deck! And yes, he's much better than Rex Raptor!)

Right now a duel was going on, it was Yugi and Joey against Jaden and Syrus!
