Choi Haewon POV

A month passed. I grew much closer to Sunghoon as he and I would go ice skating together. And Jungwon, he and I would do all sorts of things together. He is also the one I am close to for now.
I actually had a pretty good relationship with all of the boys except Niki, he always seemed to keep his distance no matter what. He acted like his bubbly, annoying self when he was with the others, but if he and I were placed in a room alone, it became quiet. Not that I minded it that much, I could not force him to like me, and it didn't bother me that he didn't want to spend time with me. Maybe he had a reason for not liking me...
I and Jake could hold some small talks from time to time, but nothing more as we did not have anything particular in common. My relationship with Sunoo was the same as always; him being way too emotional and sassy. Jay on either hand became a little more protective over me, but nothing much changed except for that. He also became a little sweeter and more annoying towards me.

And then there was Heeseung...

He and I were currently sitting on a train outside of the city. We had backed a backpack full of drinks and snacks along with blankets and money. It was Saturday evening, our plan was to take the train to the outcasts, a set of gigantic cliffs thirty minutes away from the city, to watch the stars.
Heeseung half my hand in excitement as we stared near our destination. He acted like a small kid on Christmas Eve.

"Calm down, there is still another fifteen minutes until we reach the destination"

"I know, but it exited" I differed his soft hair and reach into the bag and got a pair of earphones, I gave one of them to Heeseung and plugged the other into my ear.
I pushed the shuffle button on my playlist, and the song 'Lonely Boy' by Tomorrow by Together started playing.

Lonely boy staying lonely
바뀌지 않을 story
Lonely boy staying lonely
미련뿐인 이별이
싫어, 이젠 I don't need it
낫지 않을 흔적이, standing here alone
Lonely boy staying lonely (staying lonely)
She ain't my one and only, one and only

Staying lonely (staying lonely), staying lonely (staying lonely, yeah, yeah)
Lonely (staying lonely), staying lonely (staying lonely)
Staying lonely (staying lonely), staying lonely
Oh, oh
Staying lone, staying lone
Staying lonely, yeah
Staying lone

Once the song ended I felt something heavy on my shoulder. I turned my head and was met by the side profile of a sleeping Heeseung.
I adjusted some of the strands of hair that were covering his eyes and sat back again.

He must have been really tired.

Once I saw that the next train stop was ours, I shook Heeseung trying to wake him up. He groaned a bit at first and refused to wake up, nonetheless moving a bit. But once I told him we were the next to go off the train, he straightened up and looked around himself confused.
We looked out the window and saw the beautiful sunset about to go down. "I think we'll reach there before the sun settles completely" I commented. The older one nodded and rubbed his eyes. It gave me a guilty feeling seeing him so tired. Yes, it was his suggestion to go out here today, but I should have said 'no' since I knew how tired he was.
