I opened my eyes last night

A beautiful girl danced, toes gently scrubbing along the sand. What would she meet today? In the cold starry night where it shines so bright to brighten up her face. 

I was feeling the night grow old
And you were looking so cold
So like an introvert
I drew my over shirt
Around my arms and began, to shiver violently

A handsome boy kick the billion little solids around, playing with them. What would he encounter at this lonely dark hour? In the silence which only waves could be heard.

Before you happened to look
And see the tunnels all around me
Running into the dark
Underground
All the subways around, create a great sound
To my motion fatigue

A beautiful girl and a beautiful boy, with nothing better to do, went pass each other, feeling a sting of connection. They smiled but walked away, not seeing the other's face.

With your ear to a seashell
You can hear the waves in underwater caves
As if you actually were inside a saltwater room

With the absence of life and light, feelings and movements can't be made. That's what makes emotions precious and a treasure which people keep.
