a paradigm of the princess and the pauper.

"haine, help your sister"

"yes mother"

"haine, buy your sister a napkin"

"yes mother"

haine and eunha, we're twins to be exact. we were twins and yet we're far different on each other. eunha was as beautiful as of the angels— she is perfect. face as innocent as of a child, soft features that nobody could resist, a gentle aura that seeks attention and a figure to die for.

"haine, can you iron your sister's clothes?"

"yes mother"

and, i on the other hand was your typical, plain and pale-skinned girl.

"haine, can yo-"

"mother, can i go to school like eunha?"

"who told you to cut off my sentences?"

"i-i'm sorry mother . . i-it won't happen again"

"what were you asking again?"

"c-can i go to school . . t-too?"

"absolutely . . not"

"mother, please. i'll do double of the chores and i'll be working too "

"okay then . . but now, just help eunha on her assignment"

my heart swelled as mixed emotion overflowed inside my system, yet it was still vague why i was feeling that way . . was it because finally, i will be able to enter school or is it because eunha was always her first priority?

"yes mother"
