the intercom rang and both of our heads snapped into one another before we shared a lingering gaze. it's been a whole four days ever since the embarrassing event happened—i walked away when jeon auditioned and right then, we haven't heard it from them. i know that this ain't really going to be good.
"should we really go?" the boy asked as his voice was laced with worry, his brows furrowing.
