"This is the dumbest idea you guys have ever had, and that's saying something considering all of the other stupid ideas floaing around on the internet," Franny said, crossing her arms and glancing out the window of the car.

Corey had decided it would be a fun idea to take a spontaneous trip to a lake and to camp for a few days. Bobby, Kian, and Jc were super excited. Franny and I, not so much.

"Alright guys so we are on our way to the camp site! How are you feeling Corey?" Bobby flipped his vlog camera on Corey and Corey smiled.

"I feel great dad," he replied, leaning in to give Bobby a kiss. Bobby shoved him away while, in the front seat, Kian and Jc were fighting over the radio.

"This is going to be a disaster," Franny sighed and looked over at me. "Do you have the feeling we're forgetting something?"

I nodded and frowned. "Sleeping bags?" She shrugged.

"The boys were in charge of all the outdoorsy stuff so we can just blame them," she said. I nodded in agreement, and Bobby flipped his camera on us.

"Are you girls excited?" We both looked at each other and then back at him. "Guess not," he said, awkwardly clearing his throat.

I giggled and patted his shoulder. "I'm just kidding Bob. I am a little excited. Except for the bugs. Not excited for those."

He smiled back at me and I felt my stomach flip. Out if all the boys in the house, I felt closest to Bobby, and I might have a tiny crush on him. But I would never tell him that.

"I'll protect you from the bugs. I'm a man," Bobby said, making his voice deeper and raising his arm so his muscle was in the viewfinder. Corey scoffed from beside him and Bobby glared over at him. "I could deck you and you wouldn't even know what happened."

"Alright Bob, whatever you say," Corey smirked. The boys all argued about their strength for the rest of the ride until we finally reached the campsite.

Everyone quickly jumped out of the car, ready to finally stretch their legs. Franny and I, on the other hand, had to climb out of the back, over the seats in front of us. Bobby stayed behind and grabbed Franny's hand, helping her out first. He reached for my hand next and helped me out too, letting his hand graze my back when my feet reached the ground.

Franny looked between us as we started to walk away. "Hey," she called after us. "I think I left my phone in the car. (Y/N) can you help me look?" I nodded, giving her a questioning look. Bobby began to follow me back but Franny shook her head. "You can go ahead Bobby. We'll catch up." He nodded and walked away towards the other boys.

"Why do you need your phone?" I frowned at her as she watched Bobby walk away.

"I don't. I need to ask you about what's going on between you and Bobby?" She wiggled her eyebrows at me and bit her lip. "I mean, he clearly likes you," she said. I smiled and looked after him too.

"You think so?" Franny rolled her eyes and grabbed my elbow, making me walk with her.

"Of course. He didn't touch my back like that when he helped me down. And you should've seen him look at you when we were in the car and you weren't looking at him."

I grinned at her and we walked into the forest to meet the boys.

"Find your phone?" Bobby asked. Franny nodded, waving it in the air.

"So, slight problem," Jc said, looking around at all of us. "Kian and I forgot one of the tents so we can either do all boys and all girls or three in each?

Franny rolled her eyes. "This is exactly why (Y/N) and I should've been in charge of everything. Girls are scientifically so much more organized and...Bobby, can you stop vlogging for one minute! This is a serious problem!"

"It's okay, we'll figure something out. It's not that big of a deal," I said, trying to ease the tension. Kian threw his arm around me and pulled me into his side.

"See Franny, this is why we like (Y/N) better than you. She's much more level-headed and she doesn't yell at us when we make a mistake," he said, frowning at Franny. She rolled her eyes and stormed off to the car.

"I think we should just do three and three. It'll be too hard for all of you to try and sleep in one tent," I said.

"Sounds good to me. So how are we splitting it up? I say definitely (Y/N) and Franny together, but who's going to be with them?" Jc glanced around the circle, waiting for a response.

"I mean, I told (Y/N) I'd protect her from bugs, so it should probably be me," Bobby said, blushing. I smiled at his awkwardness.

"Alright, cool. Glad that's sorted. Now can someone go get Franny so we can chill and have fun?" Kian grinned and everyone cheered in response.
