"You are so lucky to grow up with snow," Corey said as he stared out the window.

I was sitting in his lap with his arms wrapped around my waist. We were currently looking outside at all of the snow which hadn't ceased it's descent since it had started last night. Corey, Bobby, Kian, Jc, Nezza, and Franny were all in (your home state) with me for Christmas.

It was a still quiet until Kian and Jc came bounding in the room.

"Do you guys wanna join us for a snowball fight?" They had childish grins on their faces and I looked to Corey to see a matching expression.

I stood up with a smile and watched Corey run over to them and exchange high-fives. He glanced back to me with a questioning look.

"Nah you guys go ahead," I tried to say, but all three boys got down on their knees and pleaded with me until I finally agreed.

When everyone was bundled up and ready to go we decided to split up into teams: girls and boys. Us girls tried to say it wasn't fair because the boys team had more people but they weren't having it.

"Girls are just as tough as guys. In fact I think they're more tough so you guys should win," Bobby said with a wink. We all laughed and he began laying down some rules.

"Okay, no aiming at faces or groins. I guess that one really only applies to the guys but still. And don't chuck them, a nice toss will do. I guess the winner is whoever decides to surrender first. I think that's it," he glanced around the circle and we all shrugged and nodded.

While he was explaining the rules I was coming up with a prank to pull on Corey. He pulls them on me all the time and I wanted to get him back. I had finally come up with a good plan and I couldn't wait to execute it.

"All right guys! Claim your ground and let's get started!" Kian ran around to the other side of the house and Corey and Jc followed suit.

I grabbed Bobby before he could run after them and he furrowed his brows in confusion. I pulled him down to my level so I could whisper my plan in his ear.

"(Y/N), you are so evil! He's gonna kill me!"

I shook my head and giggled. "I'll stop him before he can."

Bobby gave me a thumbs up and ran after the other boys while I explained what was happening to Franny and Nezza.

Bobby was basically going to ignore all the rules and "pelt" me with snowballs. I was going to pretend it really really hurt and hopefully Corey would give a good reaction.

A few minutes later the snowball fight was underway. Even though I have terrible aim I had already managed to hit all three boys except Bobby.

I aimed for him and it struck between his shoulder blades. He turned around with a devilish smile and raised his arm. I gave Franny and Nezza the signal to start distracting Corey and Bobby and I started our own mini snowball fight with each other.

I was squealing and laughing until the snowball "hit" me in the face. I cried and fell to the ground, trying to hold in my laughter. Bobby gasped and froze where he was standing.

The air grew quiet until I heard Corey call my name. I kept my face down towards the snow and began to do my best fake cry.

He knelt down the snow beside me and tried to get me to look up.

"(Y/N)! Baby, are you okay? What happened?"

He turned around and looked at the circle of people that were now surrounding us.

Bobby gave him a sheepish look and sighed.

"(Y/N) and I were having a little fight between ourselves. I guess I might've gotten carried away and aimed too high...and maybe threw too hard," he said.

Corey's face hardened and he pulled me into his lap, trying to get a good look at my face. I continued to fake cry and buried my face in his neck.

"Bob, you were the one that came up with the rules. You're the last person I would expect to do this. Jc and Kian, maybe but not you," he said, trailing off and glancing around at everyone.

All of a sudden I felt snow down the back of my coat and I squealed. I immediately jumped out of Corey's lap and forgot all about crying.

"I knew it! You're trying to prank me!" He chased me around the yard until he finally got close enough to pick me up. He threw me over his shoulder and walked to the rest of the group, putting me down as eveyone laughed.

"I'm sorry, I just wanted to get back at you for pranking me all the time! I guess I just need some practice," I said. Corey rolled his eyes at me but had the hint of a smile playing at his lips.

"So shall we continue?" Franny looked between Corey and I and Corey threw his hands up in the air.

"Absolutely not! I never want to have another snowball fight again!"

This earned a laugh from the whole group and we decided that hot chocolate in the warm house sounded like a better idea anyway.
