Joe's POV

Aly is now two months pregnant. Her bump was getting to be a teensy bit visible. So, Aly decided it was a good time to tell everyone. For the past two months, only us two and the doctor has known. We decided to take everyone out for dinner to tell them and once we got home we would Skype her parents to tell them.

"Joe, come shower with me!" Aly called from the bathroom.

  "Coming!"

I went into the bathroom to see Aly getting into the shower. I quickly stripped and got into the shower with Aly.

"Hey babe," I said hugging her from behind.

"Joe..." Aly said turning around and laying her head on my chest.

We showered and then got dressed for the dinner tonight. Aly put on a light flowy dress and heels and I wore a button up short sleeve and jeans.

"Ready?" Aly asked as she picked up her bag.

  "Yup."

We got into the car and I drove to the restaurant. Everyone was there and by everyone I mean, Zoe, Caspar, Alfie, Tanya, and Marcus.

Once we sat down and ordered our food, Zoe asked why we invited them all here.

"Well, we have an announcement," I said.

  "What!" Zoe rushed.

  "Well... We're pregnant!" Aly said.

"And when she says 'We' she means her. I'm not pregnant!" I laughed.

"Ahh! Yay!" Zoe squealed, "How far along?"

  "Two months."

"Oh, so a honeymoon baby!" Caspar laughed.

"I'm so happy for you two!" Alfie cheered.

  "Congratulations," Marcus added.

We all ate our dinners and Aly and I got the bill. Once everyone had finished we all left the restaurant.

Aly and I rushed home to Skype her parents, who we scheduled to Skype at 9:30pm, our time. So 1:30pm their time. We got home and I logged into Skype and called them. I handed the laptop to Aly and she put it on both of our laps, so we were both in the picture.

"Aly!" Caleb yelled as they answered the call.

"Hello honey, Hello Joe!" Lucy said.

"Hi Mom, hello Caleb!" Aly replied, "Where's Bryan?"

"Here!" Bryan called as he walked into the picture.

  "So, what's up?" Lucy questioned.

"Well..." Aly sighed as she looked at me.

  "Haha," I laughed.

  "We're pregnant!" Aly announced.

  "Ah!" Lucy shrieked.

  "Congratulations!" Bryan said.

Aly and her parents spoke for a while longer. I got up and left her to talk. I went and took off my clothes, to my underwear, my pajamas. I went through into the living room and Aly had just said good-bye to her parents. She closed my laptop and put it on the coffee table.

  "I'm shattered," Aly said yawning.

  "Let's head to bed."

We went to bed and I fell asleep stroking our baby.

"Joe!" Aly said shooting up in bed and running to the bathroom.

I looked at the time and it was 7:22 am. I got up and went into the bathroom and held back Aly's hair as she threw up.

"I hate morning sickness!" Aly moaned.

"Here, let's get you cleaned up," I said as I handed her some mouth wash.

After she gargled it, we went into the kitchen and I got her a glass of water.

"It's ok babe," I said as I rubbed her back while she drank the water.

Once Aly drank the water, I held Aly's hand as we walked back to our room.

"Only 5 more months..." I said to try and comfort her.

  "Uhh..." Aly moaned.

  "I'm sorry babe."

Aly climbed back into bed and I decided to do something since I was awake. I'm trying to decrease the amount of work for Aly by doing little jobs. So, I decided to do the housework while Aly slept in.

First, I mopped the kitchen floors and all the tiles in the bathroom too. Then, I dusted all the furniture and cleaned the counters. I decided to leave the vaccuming until later, so I didn't wake up Aly. I went into our room and quietly grabbed all the clothes on the ground and in the hamper and threw them in the washing machine. Then I unloaded the dish washer that I put on before bed last night.

After I finished cleaning the flat, so I flopped on the sofa and cooled down.

  "Good morning Joe."

  "Morning."

  "What you been up to?"

"Cleaning. All I have to do if vaccum now."

  "I can do that."

"Nope! You're carrying our child, you will not be doing anything strenuous."

  "Fine."

Aly made herself some toast and I went and vaccumed our room. Once I had finished, Aly was dressed and sitting on the sofa on her laptop.

"What're you doing?" I asked flopping on the sofa next to her.

"Looking at pregnancy sites and preparation sites. Look this site says that it helps prevent depression and brings the mother and father closer by doing classes."

  "Classes for...?"

"Like, how to comfort each other during pregnancy and delivery and shows different techniques of delivery."

"Haha, well, if you really want to take classes, we can do." I said.

"No, just showing you what I was looking at."

"Fun, when do we find out the gender?"

"Around 20 weeks, I'm 8 weeks along, so in 3 months."

"Ok, so then we'll start buying stuff."

"Yeah." Aly agreed before continuing to look online.

"What do you want for lunch today?" I asked.

  "Anything, I can make sandwiches."

  "You sure?"

"Haha Joe, I can make sandwiches!" Aly giggled.

"Babe, I have good intentions in mind, I don't want you to overwork yourself or anything."

"I haven't done anything, I should atleast do something today."

  "Ok babe."

Aly made us ham sandwiches and salad. After we finished our lunch, we decided to stay at home for the rest of the day. Aly was very tired for the whole day and so it was a slow, and long day. We went to bed around 9, after watching a chick-flick movie that Aly chose.

The next day was almost the same, all that was different is, we went to some shops and then I didn't have housework to do.
