A Blooming Relationship (A Joe Sugg FanFiction)

Chapter Forty-Seven.

Aly's POV

  We had just checked out of our hotel room and we are about to make the long drive home. Fletcher is very energetic, which isn't the best because we have a long car ride. Whereas, Maisie is her same self. She's very quiet and just sleeps and eats. Although now that she's getting a bit older, she is acquiring her own personality.

   "Should we pull over at this petrol station?" Joe asked.

  "Yeah, I should change both the kids and I need to pee," I giggled.

  "Sounds good, we need more petrol, so I'll fill up the car."

  I carried Maisie into the store and Fletcher held my hand and toddled next to me. I also had the baby bag slung on the shoulder.

  "Where are the toilets please?" I asked a young lady who worked here.

  "Down the hall and on the left," The lady smiled.

  I walked into the restrooms and changed Maisie first. After Maisie, I of course changed Fletcher, who was more fussy than Maisie. After that, I quickly went pee before I washed my hands and helped Fletcher wash his and we returned to the car.

  "Hey babe, I'll be right back, want a snack?" Joe asked as I got back to the car and now Joe needed to go in the store.

  "Sure, I don't care what though," I said as I buckled in the kids again.

  Joe got back to the car as I finished buckling up Fletcher and giving him his train and stuffed giraffe.

  "Here babe," Joe said as he handed me a snack.

  "Thank you," I smiled, giving him a kiss on the cheek.

  We continued driving home, and eventually the kids both fell asleep. We got home around 4 pm. I carried in the kids and Joe carried in the bags. I decided I would unpack tomorrow. Joe made us both dinner, we then watched television. Surprisingly, I wasn't that tired. The kids were generally easy today, except for when Fletcher was very energetic, but that's expected for his age.

  Joe and I decided to go and watch the television in our room.

  "I love you babe," Joe said as he gave me a kiss.

  I was still wearing the same clothes from this morning, so I decided to change into my 'pajamas' once we got into our room. Joe stripped and then got into bed and I put on his shirt and took off my yoga pants, revealing my black lace thong. I climbed into bed next to Joe and snuggled next to him.

  Joe put on the television and flipped on FRIENDS. We watched a couple of episodes before turning off the television.

  "Are you hungry?" Joe asked as he got up.

  Before I could answer, Joe, stark naked, walks into the kitchen and brings back through a pint of ice cream and two spoons.

  He climbed back into bed and sat next to me with the blanket on his lap. I laid my head on his covered lap and we sat there talking and eating ice cream.

  "Maisie has gotten so big already," I commented.

  "I know, how old is she now?" Joe joked.

  We both laughed and talked for a while, until I got up to put the melting ice cream back in the freezer.

  "I love you," I smiled at Joe.

  "I love you too Aly," Joe said back.

  We decided to go to sleep, because Joe had work tomorrow. I gave Joe a kiss before cuddling up to his and falling asleep.
