Side Story (A Dark Console? A Dimension Tripper?)

One Day while preparing for the next Fallen Beast to appear, the Cracker and Ngine went out to search for some medicinal herbs for the hurt soldiers in the front lines.

Ngine: "Hrmm... These plants aren't really medicinal you know."

Cracker: "Well not all of them are. Look for ones with the razor leaves, in contrast to their name, they actually carry some really potent chemicals that can heal wounds in a matter of seconds."

Ngine: "How do you know all these stuff?"

Cracker: "Well, having to live in the wild, you get to pick up some tricks along the way."

Ngine: "Yeah I guess so."

Cracker: "Hrmm... This isn't enough though, Let's look for more."

Ngine: "I think I saw more of those razor leaves over there."

...Ngine points to a hill top.

Cracker: "Alright, Let's go then."

...Walking side by side, the two engage in pointless banter, it was a leisurely walk to the hill top.

Ngine: "So what do you think about this plan of yours, are you still going through with it."

Cracker: "To be honest... Yeah... It's the only option for now."

Ngine: "Haa... Then I guess I really need to find a another way fast huh."

Cracker: "Well, I do have faith in you. I just hope you find it fast."

Ngine: "Oh don't you worry, I'll be sure to find it."

Cracker: "Okay."

...Just as they reach the hill top, they noticed something on the ground...

Ngine: "Hey, what's that?"

Cracker: "It looks like a creature of some sort..."

Ngine: "What kind of creature is it?"

Cracker: "I don't know... It's the first time I've seen this."

Creature: "Nyu~?"

Ngine: "It's kinda cute, isn't it?"

Cracker: "Cute? Is it? With that hair?"

Ngine: "You're one to talk."

???: "Ah! There you are!"

Cracker / Ngine: "Hm?"

...A purple haired boy in a dark hoodie with white sleeves wearing white cargo pants came running towards the creature. The Creature in response jumped up and down as it meets the boy.

???: "Nyu, are you okay? did you get hurt?"

Nyu: "Nyu~! Nyuuu~!!"

???: "Hehe, guess not then. Oh, but you lost it huh. Oh well, we better look for it then."

Ngine: "Umm, excuse me."

???: "Hm? W-WHOA! What are you doing here!?"

Ngine: "Uhh... What?"

???: "L-look I'm sorry I left okay! I just wanted to go on an adventure! and-"

Cracker: "Calm down kid, what the hell are you talking about?"

???: "H-huh? You don't know who I am?"

Ngine: "Well duh, This is the first time we've met."

???: "The first time we've met...? Oh!"
