today is sam and colby's party that josette so badly wants to go to. i denied her, telling her i would be going but not taking her

"please take me with you. you're ruining my trip." she said pouting at me like a two year old.

"i said no. and i'm ruining your trip? i'd be so nice to you if you didn't act like a bitch all the time." i said back to her as i continued to pack my bag.

"don't be so dramatic. i am not rude." she said back to me.

i rolled my eyes, replying with "are you serious. youre literally just jealous that i'm everything you're not. i'm living in LA with my insanely hot boyfriend and all of my best friends. i have over 2 million fans, i'm living on my own and going to a very prestigious ivy league college and studying what i love. i have my entire life planned out from here meanwhile you're still living at MY moms house so i don't want to hear it. you can call me ugly and rude all you want but just step back and realize that when people look down a line of our achievements, mine is significantly longer."

" adelaide you're right, i am jealous of you. i'm jealous at the fact that you're dating the boy i like. i'm jealous that you have a multiple successful youtube channels. i'm jealous that you're so pretty and kind and that you have your whole life planned in LA while i'm in new york. you're right." josette said, shocking me.

"why have you been so rude to me, jo." i asked sighing while sitting down to talk to her.

" adelaide your life is perfect. you have two biological parents who love you more than anything. i know that your dad wasn't the best growing up but now all he does is care about you. hell, even my dad would prefer having you as a daughter. i can't tell you how many times we'll go to one of your moms hotels or her shoots and all she does is brag about you. she owns over 20 of the nicest hotels and is one of the most iconic supermodels of all time, however the only thing she seems to talk about is you. when we go to my dads work events, he brags about you. i can't speak for your dad and step mom but i'm sure they're also beyond proud of you. it just gets to me, i guess." she said, being completely honest with me.

"i didn't know that jo, im sorry. why don't you go get ready and i'll take you with me to colby's party and i'll get you an uber home. one condition though, no underage drinking and no drugs." i said smiling at her. she grinned back, nodding her head and jumping up to go to her room.

it is a halloween party as it's the week before Halloween. i did want to do matching costumes with colby but nobody knows about us except close friends and family.

ad's costume ^ (also i'm trying to make all the pictures of maggie lindelman cause she is the girl i picked as adelaide so i don't have a choice of what costume she wears hahaha)
