"violet, make sure you pack a pair of heels for that important dinner." i told my 17 year old daughter.
"i know, mom. they're already packed." she informed me.
"great... make sure your sister packs a pair as well." i told her.
"cartia already packed hers." she told me. i nodded to her and exited her room.
violet and grayson are 17 now. mason is 15 and cartia is 13. colby and i are still happily married and still living in our dream house in malibu.
"luke and i are going to get ice cream. i'll be back in like an hour or two." violet announced as she walked past me in the living room.
"okay... be safe." i told her, kissing her forehead before she left.
"and i'm taking ayla to go shopping for the trip." grayson told me, kissing my forehead on his way out.
i nodded and told him to be careful as he walked out the door.
colby had cartia and mason out shopping for our trip tomorrow.
we're taking our annual big trip tomorrow with the original trap house.

our friend group all occupies pretty much the whole street.
every year, tara, jake, devyn corey, sam, kat, colby and i all go on a big trip together and we take our eleven kids with us.
tara and jake had their twins and that was it for them.
corey and devyn got back together shortly after corey and myas split. they have two daughters, sienna and hayes.
lastly, sam and kat had kai and then later had two daughters, carter and hayden.
the twins are dating each other so violet and luke are together and then ayla and grayson are together.
we're letting the four of them share a room on the trip. against colby and jakes many protests to protect their daughters.
kai will also be in that room with them.
the other room will have mason, hayes, cartia, sienna, hayden and carter.
mason is dating hayes (corey and devs daughter) and kai is dating camille (cassie and reggies daughter)
june 2nd
"do you all have your passports?" i asked my kids.
"yes mom." i heard my four groggy kids respond. it's is 4am.
