I felt like posting two chapters today, I was home alone and have been writing a lot.

Happy reading!

"I know I'm a hand full baby, uh. I know I never think before I jump!" I sing and jump a long to one of my favourite songs at the top of my lungs, well, maybe it's more screaming... "And you're the guy the ladies want."

I jump on the couch, acting like my brush is a microphone. I shake my head and my hair becomes a mess. Being home alone feels awesome. Not that I can't be myself around Charles, my boyfriend, this is just a different level of being myself. Dancing on the beat, I forget the world around me. I don't care anymore, it's almost the end of the weekend, one more day before Charles comes home. It's now or never.

"But one of these things is not like the others, like a rainbow with all of the colours. Baby doll, when it comes to a lover, I promise you'll never find a lover like me!" Suddenly the music stops and I turn around, ready to throw my hairbrush to the burglar, only to see Charles at the boxes. In complete shock, I stutter: "What, what are you- What are you doing here?"

"I took an early flight home, I wanted to be with you." He puts his bag down, still, his hand on the on and off switch. "Right after the race I went, I thought I'd come home to a sleeping beauty called Y/n."

"Couldn't you've rung? Or called me you were coming over?" I hide my brush behind my back, shifting my weight between my two feet.

"This is my house too, remember? And as I said, I thought you would be sleeping, it's 2 am..." He walks up to me, giving me a peck on my lips and taking the brush form my hands. "Aren't you happy I'm back."

"Of course, I just didn't think it would be so soon." I slur with my words, terrified of what he might think about me now.

"I know I tend to make it about me, I know you never get just what you see, but I will never bore you baby." He starts to sing into the brush making me giggle, definitely not at all close sounding to Brendon Urie. He points the brush back to me and I take it, knowing Taylor sings the next lines but no words leave my mouth. "Sing it, prinsesse, I want to hear you sing."

"And when we had that fight out in the rain, you went after me and called my name." I sing uneasy, looking him in the eye. His outstanding green eyes are soft like he's saying 'I love you' without any words.

"I never want to see you walk away." He lifts me up over his shoulder, laughter leaving my lips. He throws me on the cosy couch, hovering over me. His smile warms up my whole day. "I was home when the song began. You sang so splendide, I couldn't just stop you."

"You were watching me? You creep! You, you-" I laugh but he cuts me off by kissing my lips, stopping my worrying.

"And you were perfect, as always." He says as his lips leave mine and looking in my eyes again, he puts a strand of hair behind my ear. "But I want you to come with me after the summer break, even though I'd love to come home to this again. I'd rather have you with me, close to me."

"Never sneak up on me like that again."

"I'll try not to."

(Splendide = gorgeous)
