Adrianna’s POV
By lunch time, I had made a lot of friends at school. I was sitting down at the lunch table with Elena, Caroline, Bonnie, Matt, Tyler and Stefan, who was Elena’s boyfriend. They told me about themselves as I told them about me. I found out Damon was related to Stefan and everyone wasn’t very comfortable talking about him. They just ignored the topic whenever it came up. Later, Adrian and I drove home. My mom wasn’t there. There was a note and 40 dollars for food. She said she had to work late. Lawyers. My brother had ordered dinner and I went upstairs and started doing my homework. Then Elena called me. “Hey.” I answered. “Hi. I want to invite you to the back to school bonfire.” She said. “Yeah, when is it?” I asked. “Tonight. Damon will pick you up.” She answered. “Damon?” I asked. “Yeah. Everyone will already be here by the time you come. We’re helping out.” She said. “Okay. I’ll see you later.” I said. She hung up. My first party at Mystic Falls.
