Norway (Lukas Bondevik) x Reader
Arthur raved to her about his mystical friends and all the cool things they could do. She absentmindedly listened as she tried her best to ignore the violet eyes that bore into her. She glanced over her shoulder to connect eyes with Lukas who continued to stare at her. She turned her attention back to her English friend "Arthur? May we go somewhere else?" He raised a furry eyebrow in confusion "Is something wrong (Y/N)?" "I feel unwell. Perhaps we should head home" she mumbled, and Arthur furrowed his eyebrows in worry. "I can make her feel better" a monotone voice announced, and the two friends looked over at Lukas in surprise.
She blinked and Arthur stared at his friend "Is it....?" Lukas merely nodded. (Y/N) watched the two in a state of utter confusion "Is this about your magical friends?" Arthur ignored her and immediately began questioning the Norwegian. Lukas nodded in affirmation to all his questions, with few words to highlight certain details.
She examined her appearance in the mirror and looked for a sign of something. She could never see the things the two males discussed, but she figured it didn't hurt to try. "It's on your left shoulder" Lukas stated, and her eyes drifted to the mentioned location. She squinted her eyes and frowned at the lack of any kind of form. A small smile formed on Lukas' face "I will get rid of it for you. You must come with me. Arthur is going to stay here." Heat immediately rushed to her face and she backed up toward Arthur "I'd feel a lot more comfortable with Arthur there." Arthur shook his head "It is better if I don't show up."
She glared at her long-time friend and wondered why he lacked the ability to pick up social cues. She cursed his lack of love life. She gripped the front of his shirt and whispered in his ear "Don't leave me alone with Lukas. My heart won't be able to handle it." A devious smile formed in understanding "I really must stay behind. It's better if the spell caster and the subject remain in an intimate environment with no distractions." Lukas nodded to confirm Arthur's statement.
(Y/N) released her so-called friend and turned to Lukas with a small smile. She forced her blush to disappear "Thank you for the help." She followed Lukas toward his humble abode while she formulated a plan to murder Arthur. She couldn't believe he had forced her into an uncomfortable situation with her long-time crush. He led her into his room and she willed away the dozens of thoughts that immediately flooded her mind at the scenario. "Stand in front of the desk" he instructed and she obliged. She remained still in her designated spot as she observed him at work.
He appeared determined as he flipped through countless manuals to consult. "What is it exactly?" She questioned, and he looked up immediately at the sound of her voice. He looked at her right shoulder "A Brissel." She scrunched up her face in confusion. When he had first initiated the conversation it was on her left shoulder. Had the creature moved during the time it took to arrive at his house? "Close your eyes" he stated, and she slowly listened. It unnerved her to not be able to see anything.
She heard the shuffling of feet and felt Lukas standing directly in front of her. She clenched her hand nervously. 'What if it hurts?' She thought to herself. Her thoughts immediately stopped the moment she felt soft lips being placed upon hers. Her hands relaxed and she responded to the kiss. They pulled apart moments later and she opened her eyes to look into the violet ones that belonged to Lukas. She attempted to formulate words, but her brain stopped working. He smirked slightly and stepped back "It's gone." She gulped as she ignored the tingly feeling on her lips. She fiddled with the hem of her shirt as she shyly gazed at him "Was that part of the ritual?" He silently shrugged and returned to his magical books.
Her mind reeled with the different possibilities that could have enticed him to commit the pleasurable act. "Lukas." He turned to look at her. There was something in his eyes, but she couldn't quite place it. She stepped over to him "I hope I'm not misunderstanding this and completely ruining our friendship, but...I like you." A small smile formed on his face "You haven't misunderstood anything." Warmth spread throughout her chest as she gazed at him. It seemed there may be some magic in the world after all.
