Usually, the headaches went away with an aspirin and a cup of water.
Notice the word 'usually'.
Roman clutched his head, and he couldn't think at all. The pain was immense and he'd already swallowed three aspirins. He tried to get up but the pain caused him to fall over. He hadn't eaten in a week but that couldn't be the source of the headache, right?
he sighed and stayed on the floor. Maybe he could sleep it out.
