May 11th - Prompt: A million dreams

"I always dreamt of stuff like this as a kid..." Lucy breathed, staring out the window at the calm, glittering sea and the long, golden beach, a small smile on her face.
"You did?"
Lucy nodded in reply. "I always wanted those fairytales Mum and Susan used to read me to come true." She said quietly. "I sometimes even wished the stories Peter told would come true, about knights and pirates."
"I guess you were granted your wish."
Lucy chuckled gently. "I guess I was." She murmured. "But never in a million years would I have actually thought they would come true. Narnia, it's like a mix of everything, there's castles, knights, Kings and Queens. There's battles, princesses, mermaids, unicorns, any number of mythical creatures, and Aslan of course."
"A million dreams..."
Lucy thought about that for a moment, before slowly nodding. "I guess so." She whispered. "Narnia is like a million dreams, and I wouldn't want anything more."
