Your POV

"Well, (y/n) its getting late, I got to show you to where you'll be staying. We'll see you guys later okay." Hiccup says. We get up to leave and we wave to everyone before walking out the door. When we are out of sight, our dragons appear in front of us. We hope on and Hiccup leads me to where we are going.

It didn't take long on dragon back, but we landed in front of a large home. It was largest than the others, so I presumed it was the cheif's home.

"Nice home you got here Hiccup." I say taking in all the markings and design work of the home. I noticed a lot of the small things like multiple layer of wood. Some burnt wooden parts, guessing they have to repair things daily, living with dragons and all.

"Thanks, well follow me, I'll show you where you and (d/n) will be sleeping." Hiccup says holding the large wooden door open for me.

"Oh, thanks again for letting me come back here with you and giving me the tour and stuff." I say a bit sheepishly walking through the door and feeling the warmth attack my body.

"No problem, anything for you (y/n)." Hiccup says walking behind me. When he said that I could feel my face burn up like a Monstrous Nightmare's fire. It was a good thing it was dark, and only a fire was lit. Otherwise I would have died from the hottness in my cheeks.

"Hiccup? Is that you deary?" I hear a hopeful tone from the fireplace.

"Oh, (y/n), this is my mother Valka. Mom this is (y/n), I found her living in a cave on Itchy Armpit." Hiccup states.

"Oh hello, my you are quite beauitful, I never think Hiccup could bring in such a fine young lass like ye' self." I blush at was she says, and I glance at Hiccup and he was blushing as well.

"Well, she'll be staying here with us for awhile, I'm going to show her where she will be sleeping. Its getting late mother, you should go to bed too." Hiccup says in a serious manner at the last part.

"Oh fine, your no fun. I'll talk to you more tomorrow (y/n). Goodnight." Valka say kissing each of our foreheads. It reminds me of my mother.

No (y/n)! No tears, your mother and father wouldn't want you to cry over them, but to rejoice for they are somewhere better than this dark world we live in. I thought to myself.

We say our goodnights and Hiccups leads me up a staircase to a medium sized room. When we enter, I already know it's Hiccup's room because of the messy desk and the unmade bed.

"Hiccup I can't take this room, you deserve to sleep in your own bed, I'll go sleep on the couch." I pleaded.

"No, its fine (y/n) your my guest, and is it really that easy to guess it was my room?" Hiccup asked chuckling a bit.

"Yes." I say giggling a bit.

We continue to argue until I give up and take the room.

"Goodnight (y/n), I'll see you in the morning." Hiccup says standing my the door frame.

"Goodnight Hiccup." I say. He closes the door and I hear (d/n) yawn.

"Tomorrow, we are going to train for that competion. Thank Gods Astrid will lets us train." I whisper to (d/n), she hums in agreement and I fall into a deep, peaceful sleep.

Hiccup's POV

I closed the door to my bedroom and went back downstairs. I grabbed a blanket and laid it down on the couch. I started to take my armor off to be left in my green long sleeved shirt and my brown pants. When I laid down, thats when I heard my mother cough. I jumped literally out of the couch and onto the floor, making a thump. Luckily it was quiet where it didn't wake (y/n). Toothless on the other hand wasn't so lucky. I landed right on top of him.

"Mom, I thought you went to bed." I said to her.

"You'd think I would actually listen Hiccup, you've known me long enough that I don't listen." Mom said giggling a bit. No wonder I wasn't like my dad, I was more my mom than anything.

"Well, you should, cause it's getting late mother." I say getting comfortable. Toothless already went back to sleep.

"I see the way you look at her Hiccup." Mom said out of the blue.

"Who?" I ask.

"Don't play dumb Hiccup, I see the way you look at (y/n)." Mom said.

"I don't know what your talking about." I say flipping over letting my back face her.

"Okay, but don't try to suppress your feelings Hiccup." Mom said as I hear her footsteps going upstairs.

Do I like (y/n), I mean I only just met her like 3 days ago, but she just so amazing and like me. Besides, she wouldn't like me back. She too amazing to like me, she deserves someone better. Ugh, I don't know anymore.

(Y/N) if only you knew this feeling I feel when I'm with you.

When we first met, I had no idea you would be so important to me.

With that last thought I let the sleepiness and darkness take me.
