Chapter 85

*First person pov*

How near I am? Pretty near. You'll be there in no time. I was running to where Naruto was, of course. I do regret just leaving Sasuke there, but he'll be fine. Naruto's more important, at this moment... I did make a promise to him, that I'll come back. But I was getting pretty tired... I've been running this whole time. I have to eat air like every second, because my chakra is exhausted. Such a bother to eat air and breath it at the same time. ...But you know, Naruto should be in Obito's time space dimension. There's no way you can get in there in time for Naruto to wake up. ...Ugh, I just had to care about Sasuke and take him to Kabuto. Ouch. I feel bad for Sasuke. Can't you just give him a chance? ...I don't want to have another argument over this. I arrived to where the others were... and just when I did it just exploded. A huge wave of chakra, wind, and dust blew through me. It was a burning hot, but in a different way... not like if it was fire. I covered my face with my arms. "What the hell!?" I yelled, and it died down. I narrowed my eyebrows, then started running again. What was that? Definitely Night Moth. A what?? Night Moth. Guy's most powerful attack when he opens the eighth chakra gate... the gate of death. ...Oh. So that's where we are. Guy's about to die... huh? Yeah, but Naruto's going to help him recover. Remember? Yeah... I know. I ran through the place, to the chakra signatures. More specifically... the overwhelming chakra and the almost faint and gone chakra. In other words again, Madara and Guy. I had arrived, and Madara's black liquid ball was aimed at Guy. Naruto should come and kick it... Now! Naruto arrived, kicking the black liquid, protecting Guy. I ran and instead of letting the ball hit Madara(who would dodge it anyways), catch it. Well, the last time I went to see Kyoko(which was a useless trip there in heaven) she gave me more chakra and stuff. It seems like she gave me enough power for me to make it through this next part... and I'll be able to finally use it. The power to be able to handle this black liquid... so I guess I could eat it if I wanted to. Hell, maybe have this as a dragon slayer technique! And I could probably do soooo much more. The black liquid is called Guoudama, by the way. Guoudama Dragon slayer... Well, more like Guoudama Juubi slayer. Preach. I tossed the Guoudama around in my hands as I walked towards Madara. "I'll return this." I said, holding the Guoudama, adding chakra to it so it would explode. I grabbed the weak Madara that was sitting on the ground, and tossed him with a chakra filled throw. I shoved the Guoudama in his chest as he was thrown away, the Guoudama exploding. I dusted my hands, turning to Naruto who healed Guy. "Naruto... You seem a little different." I said, stating the obvious as I walked towards him. "Yeah... I'm pretty surprised too... Now... I feel like I can change everything!!" Naruto said, grinning at me, giving me a thumbs up. I paused as I looked at his right hand that was giving me the thumbs up. The same hand that the Hermit gave him to defeat the Juubi or whatever. ...I feel bad I couldn't be there when Naruto woke up. I lied again. But... I grabbed Naruto's hand, unraveling his fingers. I pressed my cheek against his hand, as my other hand felt for his pulse. I quickly found it... beating as it should be. "...I'm just glad you're alive, Naruto." I said, closing my eyes as I took the warmth in his hand for myself. Naruto looked to the left, where I threw Madara. He narrowed his Kurama and Sage mode mixed eyes. "...Take care of Guy. I'll deal with Madara and the tree." Naruto said, then moving fast enough that if he went at me I won't be able to dodge... just block. ...Okay. I gathered Guy up in my arms and jumped away. ...Okay, get out of there. The tree will be destroyed shortly only to be absorbed by Madara. I know. I found the chakra signatures of Gaara and Lee. I landed next to them. "Guy-sensei!" Lee cried as I lay Guy down on the ground. "Don't worry... he's fine. He's going to make it through this." I replied, grinning at Lee. A tear fell out of Lee's eye, and he wiped away. "Did you save him...!? He's supposed to have opened all of the eight gates!" Lee said, and I shook my head. "No... I didn't save him. I'm not a miracle worker." Then, the tree behind me exploded and was cut down. "...But we all know who is." I said, and not long after the tree was cut down, Naruto arrived next to me. "Naruto... you healed him?" Lee asked, who was kneeling next to Guy. "Yeah, he's not gonna die! I'm not sure why, but I have the feeling I could do anything now..." Naruto said, looking down in his right hand... where a little tattoo of a sun was. All of a sudden, the tree that was falling disappeared just like that. Aaaaaaand Madara absorbed it. Yeah, you said that a while ago. "Hey, where's Keiko?" I asked, looking around. "I've been behind you this whole time." I heard Keiko, her teeth gritted together as I turned around, to see her flying above me. "...Oh." Keiko rolled her eyes, landing on my shoulder. "...Prick." Keiko mumbled, and a tick mark appeared on my head. I tugged on Keiko's ear harshly, and she cried out softly. "Sorry!" Satisfied with her apology, I turned back to Naruto. ....Okamia... do you think I'm going to be a burden to them? Well... it depends. I don't think so. After when you died the first time when you sacrificed yourself for Neji and somehow lived, you... you became powerful for a while. You even became a dragon, and have the power to turn back into a human. ...Yeah. I think I can do this. "Bushy Brow and Gaara, protect Guy-sensei." Naruto said to Gaara and Lee. ....Is that the first time we've heard Naruto call Guy by his real name? Hm? What do you mean? He's always called Guy something like Bushier Brow-sensei. Oh yeah. Yeah, that's the first. ....Do you think it's a good idea to point it out? ....Gah, fuck it, I'll do it. "Naruto, I hate to say this but... isn't this the first time you called Guy by his real name? How horrible. You always called him Bushier Brow-sensei and you only call him his by his real name when he's nearly half dead. Not only that, but you still call Lee by that retched nickname. Are you going to stop calling him that when he's half dead too? Do you have any shame?" I said, and Keiko was snicker. God, I love her, we have the same comedy. Come to think of it, is my comedy dark? God, am I a horrible person? Naruto flushed in embarrassment and in anger. "Shut up Cassie!! Not the time!!!" Naruto said, and I held my hands up in defense. "Sorry, sorry... Just stating the facts, nothin' to be mad at..." I said, backing off as everyone except Keiko glared at me. "Well, I've spent enough time here. I'm counting on you guys, Gaara and Bushy br- I mean Lee, protect Guy-sensei. Let's go, Cassie, Keiko." Naruto said to us, and Keiko seemed pleased. I guess she's tired that she's never been included when people said all of us. "Wait, Naruto." Naruto turned back to Gaara. "When you become Hokage... Let's have a drink together." Gaara said to Naruto. "Yeah!" Naruto said grinning, and Keiko started snickering. "Now Gaara's the horrible one. Didn't you promise me that we, You, Cassie, and I were going to have dangos after the war? You mention that promise to Naruto, but not us? Okay, I get it. We're not as important. Just enjoy your drink with Naruto, we'll just eat dangos on our own." Keiko said, and I started snickering as Gaara rolled his eyes. "I'm still going to have some dangos with you like we did back then. Stop getting so jealous." Gaara said, then Lee started pouting. "Now all of you are being horrible. Not only is Naruto being horrible, but so are you guys... making all of these plans without me... it's okay... you don't need some guy to intrude on your bond, it's okay..." Lee said, and I 'd'aww'ed. "D'aww, Lee, it's okay! Here, how about all five of us spar after this war! Just for you!" I announced, and everyone nodded. I put my hand out in the middle, and they all placed their hands on top of mine. "Promise!" Keiko said, and we nodded. "Promise!" Naruto said. "Promise." Gaara replied. "OOOOHHH!! PROMISE!!! YOU BETTER SPAR WITH ME!!!" Lee said, and I nodded. "Yeah, promi-" We, Alessandras, are basically the Juubi... with our eyes of ours. Kyoko's words rang out in my head.That's right... I'm not going to stick around after this. "What's wrong?" Keiko asked, and I gave her a shaky, false smile. "Nothing! Promise! And promise me that..." What do I want them to promise me? "...That you won't change, no matter what happens. It's the same with everyone else... tell them that for me, 'kay?" I said, my chest hurting. "Alright! Promise!" Keiko said, and the others echoed it in their own unique ways. Whether it be a quiet 'promise' or a loud obnoxious 'PROMISE!' That's what I love about the friends I made here... They're so diverse. We let go of our hands, and Naruto turned to me. "All riiiiiight!!! Let's go, Cassie! Keiko!" Naruto yelled, and we both replied with a 'yeah'. We jumped away except for Keiko... having those amazing wings of hers. I wish I could fly. Sure, Keiko and I often fought together with her on my back, but I want to be.... what's the word? Free? Independent? I guess that's it. We arrived in front of Madara, who was levitating in the air. Keiko... left. I don't know where she went, she left my shoulder without a word. "You can't defeat me. I'm completely immortal. I'll live forever." Madara said, looking down at us with his single rinnegan eye. Naruto picked up his father's kunai that was in the ground, sticking it in his mouth as he tightened the ninja headband around his head. "Idiot! I won't beat you all by myself." Naruto said, his bijuu chakra coming back... as well as that Guoudama liquid thing. He has that, since the Hermit gave him his chakra or whatever. I don't know. Then, Sasuke arrived beside me, with that rinnegan eye of his that he received from the Hermit. I felt out of place, but I heard Okamia scoff in my mind. You're powerful. You can stand side by side with Naruto and Sasuke. ....I just feel out of place. "We will defeat you... All four of us!! Get ready... Madara!!" Naruto said, and I spotted a little ball of fur behind Madara. I realized it was Keiko, her whip ready. Madara didn't sense her, because her chakra is so little it can't be sensed! "ASSHOLE!!" Keiko screeched as she whipped Madara quickly as she got out of there. I sweat dropped as she ran away, the way how fast she was running and the fear coming off of her was of a teenager caught vandalizing or trespassing by the police. Idiot... Keiko then looped around back to me, pulling her cheek down as she stuck her tongue out at Madara. "BLEH!" Keiko made a noise, then buried her head in my chest. My chest.... it feels weird without those bandages ya know? The bandages to give me a flat chest? Well it feels even weirder that Keiko is just shoving her head between my boobs. Also, is it weird that I named by boobs? I named the right boob Miranda, and the left Ciel Jr., in honor of my dead nickname. To be honest, I don't even know why I called myself Ciel and kept it going for so long. It was so stupid. But I never think of my baby Ciel Jr. as stupid.... Did you seriously write a whole 30-40 words over your breasts? Hey, I just had to get it off my 'CHEST'! Hahahahaha!! ...Goddammit Cassie no more puns. No, I'm not going to let you 'BUST' my fun! ...I don't get the pun. Seriously? Do people not call boobs their bust anymore to the point that people wouldn't get this pun? I get it now. I hate you. And I love you too.
