Chapter 13

Nash P.O.V

*3 days later*

So now we are on our way home , because vacation is over. It was a good vacation except the fighting part and the part where Paisley was in the hospital.

Me:"Were almost home are you excited?"

Paisley:"Yea, I missed my family. Especially Lucas!"

Me:"Haha me too I missed Skylynn!"

We arrive at her house and I help her get all her things out of her car. We take them in and set them down in the kitchen.

Paisley:"MOM, DAD, Lucas."

We see Paisleys mom and Lucas walk in crying.

Paisley P.O.V

We get to my house and carry in my stuff. I call my parents name and families name.My mom and little brother walk in crying.

Me:"Oh my god guys what's wrong? Where's dad?"

Nash:"Is everything alright?"

My mom and Lucas look at each other. Then they answer.

Mom:"Your dad has been in a terrible car accident, he is in the hospital now. They don't know if he will survive"

Lucas:"I miss dad."

I can't believe this. I start crying. I run up to my room. I slam the door shut and lock it then cry into my pillow. I hear knocking at the door.

Nash:"Paisley, let me in."

Me:"Nash, I am to sad and I look horrible you don't wanna see me."

Nash:"Your beautiful, always, let me come in and talk. It might help."

I unlock the door. Nash has been crying too. He picks me up in a hug. I cry into his chest. He whispers in my ear.

Nash:"Everything will be fine. I promise. I will be by your side through this. I will never leave your side."

I nod and look up. I know I have to look terrible. My makeup got on his shirt.

Me:"I'm sorry about it on your shirt."

Nash:"It's fine. I think I got some of my makeup on your shirt too."

He says, joking. We both bust out laughing. I'm glad he is here to cheer me up a little.

Nash P.O.V

I feel so bad about Paisley's dad. That's horrible news to hear when you just got home. Her dad meant a lot to me too. He was like a uncle to me or something. He was always very caring of Paisley, I knew he liked me too.

Paisley:"you should go home. What if your parents are worried."

Me:"I told you. I'm not leaving your side."

Paisley:"You sure?"

Me:"I'm positive. I love you, princess."

Paisley:"I love you too, prince"

Paisley P.O.V

We cuddle together and talk. Him being here makes me feel better. I just hope my dad will be okay... I start Falling asleep when all the sudden I start getting tickled.

Me:"AHHH NO NO NO NASH STOP! Ahh I can't breathe."

Nash:"Haha not until you apologize."

Me:" Ahh for what?"

Nash:"For not giving me a goodnight kiss."

Me:"IM SORRY NAAAASH."

He stops and smirks. I playfully shove him a little.
