Lina separated herself from Harry and Hermione and sat herself down on a rock, still with a view of the Whomping Willow.

She tucked her legs up to her chest and wrapped her arms around her, this really wasn't how she planned her night to go and now everything was quiet she didn't like she quit belonged there, not after her argument with Harry that still hadn't been resolved.

"Lina," Harry said behind her, Lina jolted from her thought and looked surprised at Harry "can I sit?"

"Yeah, sure" Lina replied pushing the hair out of her face "what's up?"

"I wanted to say I'm sorry about when I yelled at you about Sirius."

Lina nodded "I'm sorry too."

"What are you sorry about?" Harry asked surprised, after all, she wasn't the one who yelled at him.

"For not telling you about my dad" she whispered, "I should've told you."

"No" Harry sighed "I've had time to think about it, you couldn't help you knew and it shouldn't have been down to you to tell me. I don't suppose it matters much now that we know Sirius is innocent."

Lina smiled slightly "I never thought that would happen, everything has changed now but at the time nothing has. Dads innocent but he won't be free, at least not for a while."

"How are you feeling?"

Lina and sighed and rested the side of her head on her knees so she could look at Harry "overwhelmed, that was a lot of information we got dumped on us in what like an hour, an hour and a half?"

"Yeah. Sirius being innocent, Professor Lupin being a werewolf, Pettigrew being alive, him being the reason my parents died and your mum..." an awkward silence spread over them "I'm really sorry about your mum."

"I'm sorry about your parents."

"They were your Godparents. We both lost them." Lina shifted so she was resting her head on Harry's shoulder "when we passed out by the lake, I think my dad was there, I know he's dead, maybe it was his ghost, maybe it was something else altogether but I think it was him."

"Then if it was him, he saved us" Lina gently smiled.

"Yeah. I've missed you, Lina, really missed you. Friends again? I promise I won't argue with you again."

Lina chuckled "oh we'll argue again, and we swear we won't ever talk to each other again and then we'll make up again because that's what families do, we're family Harry."

They stayed in that spot for the next half an hour until their past selves emerged from the tree. Lina and Harry stood up from their spot and joined Hermione and Buckbeak, they watched Harry, Ron and Sirius emerge first, then Hermione, then Snape and Finally Pettigrew, Remus and Lina.
