Harry groans, flopping over and shoving his face further into the pillow as he shoves Camryn's pillow over his other ear, trying to sandwich his ears into the pillows as Lennon's wails continue from downstairs.
Lennon has been completely restless all night, and they suspect it's because he's teething. Harry was up with him from 11 to 1 in the morning trying to get him to stop crying and calm down, but it was to no avail. After those two hours Camryn took Lennon from Harry and insisted that he go up to bed since he has to go to the studio early in the morning. Camryn has been downstairs with him for an hour, but has made no more progress in calming Lennon down than Harry did.
He sighs, groggily sitting up in the bed knowing that he'll never be able to sleep with Lennon crying. He makes his way downstairs and finds Camryn pacing around the living room. She's hugging him to her chest and aimlessly rubbing his back as she sings lightly to him in between making shushing noises.
"No progress,"Harry rasps out, sleep still sticking to his vocal cords.
Camryn jumps, not realizing he had entered the room and turns to face him with a slight greeting smile, "nope. He's definitely teething though. What baby teethes at 3 months? Darcy didn't teethe till she was like 7 months old."
