Prompt: jack comes home from the studio only to find Zach taking a nap. So jack takes the opportunity to talk to their little bean

-3rd person POV-

Jack slightly stumbled into the shared house of his and his husband, Zach. He had texted Zach that he would hang out with the boys after a quick writing session. Jack was a singer, a famous one. He often had long nights at the studios considering all the pressure from his fans and his label. So Zach had absolute no problem with letting Jack let loose and let some of the stress off. He trusted Jack with all his being. He knew Jack wouldn't even think of cheating nor even looking at anyone. Especially with their first baby on their way.

Jack walked towards the living room where some light could be seen from the door. His socks slid easily against the hardwood floor.

"Babe," Jack whispered as he walked into the living room.

Jack slowed down and sobered up a bit as he walked towards the couch which held a sleeping Zach who was holding his pregnant belly.

Jack slowly tip toed towards Zach and bent down next to him. His face in front of the their little bean.

"Hey bean," Jack softly whispered as a smile grew on his face. Jack softly putting his hand on Zach's belly.

"It's your other dada," Jack whispered.

"I still remember the day I met your dada." Jack laughed with a smile on his face. "I ran into him at a store, caught my eye immediately. That was the start of when my life truly started. But Zach had been so hurt many times. If only your dad could have read my mind back then, all his doubt would have been left behind. I was so fascinated by everything of him." Jack smiled as he looked over at his sleeping husband. 

"Even to this day, I'm so in love with him. Everything about him. I still get stuck on the words to say to him. He was and still is perfect in my eyes." Jack said as he rubbed Zach's hand that was on his tummy. 

"With you, it's the same thing. I cannot wait to see. I can't wait to be able to hold you in my arms. I have never felt so much for you and your dad before. Everything in my life is yours. I can't wait to spoil you. I can't wait to play dolls or a sport with you. Whatever you like, we will do. No matter if your my princess or my prince." Jack said as he rubbed the belly.

"I won't lie, I'm pretty nervous of becoming a dad. I'm scared I'll mess up. But know I will be the best dad I can be for you. Through anything, I'm here. I won't care who you like, what you are, you already have my heart. And that will never change. You will be the most spoiled baby ever." Jack laughed.

"Imma love you forever. And that's a promise bean. I can't wait to meet you and show you everything in this world. This world is pretty scary and it won't be hard, but I will be here through everything. You're first steps, your first word, you first heartbreak, when you get your first car, through everything. I will never leave you. I'm here. Even you get mad at me. I will be there. Til the day I die. Til my very last breath. I will spend the rest of my life protecting you, loving you, showing you, teaching you, and being there for you." Jack said as he placed his lips on the belly. A smile on his face as he felt a small kick.

"I'll take that as a kiss back bean," Jack softly whispered as he laughed.

"I love you," Jack said once again as he laid his head on the belly. Gentle not to put his whole weight on the belly.

Suddenly, Zach started moving a bit. Jack pulled back as Zach opened his eyes.

"You're home," Zach stated softly as he rubbed his eyes.

"I am," Jack smiled as he kissed Zach's forehead.

"Let's get you to bed, my love." Jack said as he stood up and picked up Zach bridal style.

"J, I'm heavy," Zach whined, regardless he cuddled into Jack as Jack softly chuckled.

"You're our bean, so I'll carry both of y'all," Jack stated as he kissed Zach's forehead once again.

Upon reaching their bedroom, Jack softly laid Zach down and tucked him in. Zach already being in his pjs made the process a lot easier.

Once Zach was tucked in, Jack striped out of his clothes and climbed into bed. Pulling Zach back into him, Jack cuddled both of his babies.

The perfect way to end their day.
