Danny was unbelieving when he saw the first sign of you in The Entity's realm. It had taken him one face-to-face encounter and a lot of gawking for him to finally accept the fact that you, [Y/n] [L/n] were stuck with him.

At first, Danny had been over joyous, his only friend had been reunited with him! Gen pops "Oh shit–" his only friend was stuck with him.

He will try to be nice to you whenever he can during trials, waving at you from behind walls and teasing you while engaging in not-so-serious chases just to appease the Entity.

Over time though, the Entity will be fed up with its best killer skirting around hooking you. Danny finds no joy downing you, the chase. He can't get enough of it but your actual cries of displeasure as he has to down you– they leave an oddly bitter taste in his mouth. The man literally has to look away from your face. Don't get him wrong, he loves the look of fear on you, but when it's mixed with the light ebbing from your eyes it becomes a little much.

Danny will try to apologize for the trials and first approach you when you're alone. His Ghostface attire mostly discarded in favor of some more casual seeming clothes.

When you first see him, running and hugging the familiar face, he is both relieved and unsure. What was he supposed to do again? It's been so long since he's had any positive contact, he will eventually figure it out and pull you further into him.

When reality sets in that he must be a killer since you haven't seen him around the survivor fire it can go one of two ways.

You will either brush it off, too overjoyed to have a familiar face to really care, or you will reject him.

If you are one to accept this murderer he will be even happier, wanting things to go back to how they were when you both were kids immediately. Will randomly show up to rant and gossip with you or one second you'll be alone and the next hands are wrapping around you. Pulling you into the darkness of the Entity's forest.

Let's say you reject him. Danny will feel betrayed and bitter. His betrayal will turn to obsession quickly with spurts of aggression that usually end with you and a knife in your arm. Eventually, Danny will come to the conclusion that he has to make you accept him and he will do anything in his power to force your hand. He's been lonely for so long and now that he's had another taste he wasn't willing to give you up.

Your heartbeat was hammering in your chest. Rattling your chest, and forcing your breathing to pick up. A red glow spread across the bottom of the locker, barely touching the tips of your feet through the bottom slot in the wooden safe heaven. You could practically feel the breaths sliding past the slits in the locker. Your eyes locked with the lifeless black mesh of the cheap Halloween mask on the other side hiding the oh-so-familiar face of Danny.

As you stood in your not so secret hiding place you were stuck in turmoil. What kind of mood was Danny, or more accurately the Entity in?

The threatening light faded as a clang was heard off in the distance. Black gloved fingers appeared in your vision. A teasing wiggling of fingers and Danny was off. His low chuckles were the only thing you could hear besides your steadily slowing heartbeat.
