Chapter 94

"I'm ready, Aang..." I said. He smiles and leans down to place a soft kiss on my forehead. He moves next to me and offers his arm. I loop my arm through his. I look forward and take a deep breath. This is it... it's happening.

-A Wedding To Remember-

Y/N P.O.V

Aang leads me to the hall where the wedding is being held. I tighten my grip on his arm, the nervousness starts kicking in. I feel a hand gently places on top of mine. I turn my head to see Aang looking at me with a worried gaze.

"Are you okay, sis?" He said. I give him a weak smile and nod my head. "I'm just nervous. My life is going to change after today. I'll officially become Zuko's wife. What will happen to you and our friends?" I said. He smiles and gently kisses my cheek.

"Everything will be fine. No matter what happened. You will always be my baby sister... and I'm sure the others will keep being your friends. Nothing's going to change, Y/N. Trust your brother, okay?" He said. I just smile softly at him. His words calms me down a little.

The door slowly starts to open, revealing the hall. I look forward and gasps in awe at the sight. It's all so beautiful. They really gone all out for the wedding preparation.

My eyes eventually make contact with Zuko's who stands in the middle. He smiles brightly when he sees me. He stares at me in complete awe. I blush and smiled shyly at him. Aang starts to lead me to him.

"Take care of my sister, will you? Don't you ever hurt her again..." Aang said, as soon as we reach Zuko. He nods his head at what my brother said. "Of course... I wouldn't even begin to imagine" he said. Aang nods his head in satisfaction. He offers my hand to Zuko who gladly accepts it. Aang places a soft kiss on my forehead.

"Love you sis..." he said. I smile and give him a hug. "I love you too, brother" I said. He pulls away and walks over to join the others. I smile at everyone and turn my attention to Zuko.

Zuko smiles softly at me and offers his hands. I lifts my hands, gently placing them on top of his. "Wow, Y/N... you look beautiful" he said. I smile softly at what he said.

"You look handsome, Zuko..." I said. He lifts my hand and gently places a soft kiss on the back of my hands. His gesture makes my heart melt, as I smile happily at my husband-to-be.

The one that will be marrying us will be Bumi. He gently drape a fabric over our hands. He smiles at the two of us, and turn to look forward towards the crowd. He places on hand underneath and the other on top.

"I hereby pronounce... Spyrth Y/N and Fire Lord Zuko as husband and wife..." he said. He turns to Zuko and nods his head. Zuko lift his hand, gently cupping the side of my cheek. He leans down and places a soft kiss on my lips. I close my eyes, gently kissing him back. Everyone in the room breaks into cheers.

Zuko and I pull away and smiles each other. "I love you, my wife..." he said. I place a quick kiss on his cheek. "I love you too, my husband..." I said. The door to the balcony opens up, allowing the two of us to walk outside.

"Give a huge round of applause for Fire Lord Zuko and his wife Spyrth Y/N!" King Bumi said. Everyone waiting outside starts to cheer, celebrating Zuko's and I's wedding.

I lift my hand and wave at everyone. Zuko wrap an arm around my shoulder. I turn to look at him and smiles. He smiles back and leans down to place a soft kiss on my lips.

We are currently having a party as a celebration for Zuko's and I's wedding. I have my arms around my now husband's neck, as we slowly dance to the lullaby.

Surprisingly, the one playing the music are Chong and the others. Bumi somehow manage to find a way to locate them and invited them to our wedding. It brings back a lot of memories after seeing them. The memories mostly during the time when we were stuck in the cave of two lovers.

That was the time long before Zuko and I fall in love. It was the time when my feelings were still on Sokka. We got stuck in that cave for quite long. Until two badgermoles appears and helps us out.

I remember how Sokka sloppily starts playing the guitar. He was all scared and nervous. But the badgermoles seem to enjoy the sound nonetheless. That was also the first time I learned earth-bending... with the true master as well!!

I let out a soft giggle as I remember the look on my brother's face when I reveal I can earth-bend. Zuko tilt his head in confusion. He must be wondering why I started giggling out of no where.

"What's so funny?" He asked. I turn my head to look at him and smiles softly. "It's nothing. Just a random memories... I'll tell you everything one by one. For now, let's enjoy this party" I said. He smiles and nod his head.

He wraps his arms around my waist, pulling me closer. He places his forehead against mine. He lift a hand, gently placing it on my cheek. I close my eyes as he start caressing my cheek softly.

"I love you, Y/N... so much. Thank you for being my wife. Thank you so much for not giving up on me and always believes in me. You are the light in my dark world. You're everything to me..." he said. I open my eyes and stares at him.

"When I first returned home after my banishment, everyone kept saying that our relationship will never work out and that we have different paths. I'm sick of listening to them. They're wrong about that. We're not on different paths, you're my path. Without you, I'll be lost" he said. My eyes starts tearing up at what he said. His words are full of emotions. Of his love for me.

"I love you too, Zuko..." I said. He leans down and places a soft kiss on my lips. I close my eyes, gently kissing him back. He tighten his arms around me. I do the same with my arms around his neck. I tilt my head slightly to deepen the kiss.

We pull away because we need to breath. Zuko place a soft kiss on my forehead. He pulls me closer. I just lean my head against his chest as we gently starts to sway our body following the rhythm of the song. The only thing on my mind at the moment was that I'm ready... I'm ready for the new life I'll have with my husband.
