Your cousins humor is funny and its not sexual this time. I know. How's your ankle feeling? Alot better. I am going to ask Emily to look at it.I hope she gives me the okay to jog this morning. If she does, I will go with you. We should probably go before lunch than our spa day. Yeah yeah,I know its all of you women spa day while us men go shooting indoor.
We got dressed to go and got dressed in our jogging attire. We went in the other room where everyone had just finished playing poker for fun.
Emily I am hoping you will tell me I can jog on it today. I will still keep it wrapped. The others will be here soon. Let me take look. Please put your foot on my thigh. Does this hurt when I put pressure here? No. And now? Nope. Okay go ahead but wrap it up again and don't go full throttle. I won't.
Aye you all ready?Yes just give me time to tie my shoe. Your going? Yes Maura. I got the go ahead as long as I don't go all out on it.
We all left and stretched before we started.
Antonio took it easy as he was in the back with my husband Kelly, buddies, Matt, Carlo, Frankie, Laura,Nina, Cheryl, Liz, Yilena,Molly,Tj and Barry. The rest of us had a good 1/2 a mile on them. We could track one another on our cells. Julianne, Joey, Avery Harris, Tommy and Drew Rizzoli, Maura and Jane were ahead of us all by three miles. We all jogged for ten miles. On the last two miles of eleven and twelve, we all walked back and got us some room temperature water to drink. We returned and made ribs, spinach salad with mini oranges, raisins and sliced almonda with a raspberry vinegarette dressing Jane made with ice tea with slices of lemon in it, a beer or a soda for lunch.
We all cleaned up and everyone took showers which took awhile. The men left to the gun range while us women went to the spa to get pedicure, manicure, massages and mud baths not all in that order.
