I think it's safe to say Grian and Scar are fucked. Doc left a comment on both episodes. On Grian's episode "The Incident" he wrote 'it all started when Grian touched my redstone' My mind immediately when to Hermitgang.
Grian said him and Scar talked to a bunch of other hermits and they concluded they are indeed in trouble. Doc mentioned on twitter the MechGoat he built he's gonna launch it.
