Edward Cullen and Jacob Black x reader part 7

(Y/n's pov)

The domestic bliss from having my brother here in Forks with me and my best friend knowing our secret was what kept my mind off about not being able to be there for Jacob as he adapts to the supernatural.
Days quickly turned into one week, and that's when everything went down hill.
I woke up to the smell of coffee, Lady and Crookshanks absent from my bed room.
I passed by the calender and smiled lightly when I saw today was a fullmoon night.
Teddy and I plan to run together in the woods to relax.
I smiled when I heared Teddy talking to Bella down stairs.
I wrapped my self up in a thin fabric dress robe as I descended the stairs.
I then as Teddy set a cup of coffee on the counter for me, smile on his face as he speaks.
"Morning sleepy head".
I then said patting his back and smiled tiredly.
"Morning Teddy".
I turned to Bella and said not seeing her look at first.
"Morning Bella".
Bella contiued to look at me as I sipped my coffee.
"Y/n, I think we should go see Jacob".
It was like the floor gave out under my feet, and I was descending down the rabbit hole to then wake up in Wonderland.
I was numb and the world around mr began to spin.
Teddy held onto me and said softly.
"Y/n.
(I couldn't hear him when he said my name not until he said it again did I snap back to reality.)
Y/n You okay"?
I shock my head and turned my back to them as I spoke.
"Yeah I'm fine, just got dizzy for a moment".
Bella got up and said to Teddy soflty.
"Let me talk to her".
Bella got up and said placing her hand on my shoulder.
"You don't have to go if you don't want to.
(I looked at her and she said.)
Ill be there with you I promise".
I sighed and said as crookshanks pumped his head against my arm.
"No I'll go you, you got work and Teddy does to.
I got nothing on my plate to do at the moment.
I was planing on getting out of the house anyway.
(I downed my coffee and said.)
Just need to take a shower and then get dressed".
Teddy then said leaving.
"Okay then.
(He smiled after hugging me and Bella.)
Ill see you guys after work, might be alittle late because we just got another report of a missing hiker".
I then said before he left.
"Be safe Teddy".
I toke a breath and said smelling the fimilar wet musk coming from the open door
"There's a rain storm coming in and it smells like a bad one".
Bella then said picking up Crookshanks.
"I get crookshanks and lady into there rain coats you take your shower and get dressed.
I'll leave make you some breakfast before i leave.
(She whistled to lady and lady followed Bella.)
Come girl".
I saod softly and said.
"Thank you".
She was out of sight and hearing range, so I turned back around and finsihed me coffee.
I then sighed softly and said looking into the trees.
"I got no one to blame but myself for how I feel in the next few mintues.
(I looked to the trees and said softly.)
But I don't think I can take anymore not knowing how he's doing".
I put my mug in the sink and went to my room to grab a change of clothes and my favorite blue rain coat.
The shower was quick, when I got out, fully dressed and into my rain coat, i was greeted to the smell of bacon and eggs.
Lady and Crookshanks were waiting on on the couch and I said soflty as I gave them a piece of bacon.
"Here you guys".
They chewed on the bacob and I only eat alittle bit.
Knowing how I get when I'm upset and my stomic is semi full.
I stopped moving and said shacking my head.
"You can do this Y/n, you can do this".
I then said picking up lady and crookshanks.
"Who wants to go in a road trip"?
Lady barked and crookshanks purred.
Quickly getting into my Austin and began driving to the reservatuon before the rain started to fall.
I was passing through the market of la push when the sound of the rain sounding like rocks the size of boulders hitting my Austin's rooff became to much.
I rubbed my ear drums I cursed my sensitive hearing.
'Dam shewolf super hearing'.
I spotted Jacob, with a group of other boys around his age along with Sam.
I looked to lady and crookshanks.
"Stay inside".
I got out and was heading straight for him until a girl, leah walked up to them.
I stopped and they noticed me.
I smelled Jacobs scent and relaised it was the same as the group's.
'There all shapeshifters'.
Jacob saw me and I shock my head when he paused.
"So your all better now.
(I acted like I was surprised and a novise.)
Oh wait you weren't sick,
(I laughed and rubbed my head.)
I'm such an idiot".
Jacob was still frozen and I held my hand up and said.
"Its all good, I got the message, you don't want to be friends anymore.
(I looked to the boys who were looking between me and Jacob.)
Sorry to have bothered you all.
(I waved and walked away.)
You have a blessed day".
My face changed when I turned my back to them and walked back to me car.
I was angry and I was sad, but I was mostly sad.
'And I hope the rain makes you sick with a cold'.
I got in my car and speeded out of the market, the tires creating steam on the road as I drove off.
I was a couple feet away when Jacob snapped out of it, and called out to me.
"Y/n Wait"!
Jacob was trying to follow me the normal way, but I pushed the accelerator and the austin jumped forward.
I watched as Jacobs reflection in my rear view mirror got smaller and smaller.
He stopped and I cried as I drove back home.
I quickly slowed down when I was a safe distance away, enough were he wouldn't catch me if he shifted
I pulled up to my house and I couldn't hold back the tears.
I held my neeks to my chest and barled eyes out.
I sniffled when Lady cuddled up to me, Crookshanks was on the shoudler of my car seat and he rubbed his head on my face
I pet them both as I cried.
I then said tears affecting my voice.
"C-come o-o-on g-guys.
Let's g-go".
I picked them up and went inside.
It felt like only a few mintues when I went into the livingroom and sat down on the couch.
Frozen and out of my head, my hand on the remote as I planed to watch some movies to calm down before Bella or Teddy came in.
Turns out Teddy tried to reach me and when he couldn't he called Bella to check if I left my phone behind.
Bella came in and said seeing me, not noticing the state i was in at first.
"Y/n why didn't you pick up your phone Teddys been calling and-.
(She stopped as she noticed the tear stains on my cheeks and said.)
Y/n, you okay"?
Fresh tears came as I turned to look at her and I said as I broke down.
"He's not sick Bella.
(I turned away and i said softly.)
He didn't call or anything to let us know he was okay because he aparently dosent want to be our friend anymore.
I'm alone".
She hugged me and rubbed my back as I cried.
She then said.
"Your not alone.
He doesn't know what he's missing.
Your an amazing woman, the best big sister and my best friend.
And who ever chooses to give you their heart then their one lucky guy".
I looled at her and asked tears stopping.
"You really think so"?
She then said smiling hugging me to her.
"I know so".
I looked around the house and I said soflty.
"I don't know if I can deal with him if he's coming here".
Bella then said rubbing my arms
"Then we'll go to my place for the night, it be like a sleep over".
I then said getting up wipping my wet cheeks to make them dry again.
"Ill go pack".
Bella pulled out her phone and I said softly.
"Don't tell Teddy,
(She gave me the 'are you sure' look and I went to her.)
If you tell him then the next time Teddy shifts he'll hunt Jacob.
(I closed my eyes and a tear escaped.)
Just like I would if I went out tonight instead of staying inside this house".
Bella looked at me and said softly holding my arms.
"Your losing control"?
I shock my head and said .
"If I was then I wouldnt of told you,
(I then said.)
I learned that control is admitting when your struggling, and I know that I struggle with keeping my head straight when I'm emotionally upset.
(I grabbed a bottle of melatonin and said looking at Bella.)
So tonight I need to take two melatonin, it will knock me out so I don't wake up.
It's the only way ill calm down and head my head together".
Bella hugged me and said as I returned it.
"Your are the strongest women I ever known.
(She patted my back and said.)
And since you had an emotional break through.
So this warrants some Icecream".
Lady barked and Bella said smiling as i pick her up and Crookshanks climbed up my back.
"And of course you gets some to for being the best dog,
(She pet Lady and Crookshanks at the same time.)
And cat ever".
Bella then said patting my back.
"My truck is outside, I'll be there in alittle bit, I'll grab you a change of cloths and your favorite pjs okay"?
I nodded and I walked slowly outside as I said.
"Okay".
I was still somewhat out of it when I walked to Bella's truck.
But I wasn't out of it enough for senses of smell and hearing to be rendered mute.
I felt eyes on me and I looked up only to see a deer.
A turquoise deer.
I then said eyes wide with the 'what the f***' look.
"What the?
(I looked both ways before crossing the street.
I was abput to cross when I look up and the deer was gone.)
Okay now I think I imaged that".
I looked to lady and crookshanks and asked.
"You saw that though right guys"?
Lady lightly barked and Crookshanks meowed.
I pet them and I went inside the truck as I smiled at them, knowing that they said yes.
I got in and said.
"Good girl and boy".
I got comfertable and bundled into the door of the passenger side of Bella's truck.
The cool metal frame helped me relax alittle.
Bella came in and said smiling looking at me as she held the underworld series in her hand.
"Who's ready for an underworld Marathon"?
I raised my hand and smiled soflty.
"Me.
(I looked at the time on Bella's dash and said.)
So you said Teddy called you when he couldn't reach me what did he want to say"?
Bella said as she drove slowly to her house.
"He's been transfered temporally to the Seattle police department.
All I got is that it's over worked so they asked for help.
Teddy is one of the officers that voluentered.
He'll only be gone for a couple days.
He says to tell you your scheduled run will have to be rescheduled".
I nodded and said rubbing my head.
"I don't know whether to be sad or glad that he's been transfered".
Bella looked at me and I explained.
"Even when we were kids, Teddy always knew what I was thinking or feeling.
(I looked at Bella and said.)
It's a twin thing.
A telepathic connection that's been strengthed between us because we're both wizards.
(I sighed and said.)
He's helped me so much that I don't know how to begin thanking him.
(I looked away and said.)
The least I can do is keep him away from the danger that awaits him if he finds out what happened today.
(I looked at Bella and said.)
He's all I have left Bella, promise me you won't tell him".
Bella nodded and held my hand and said.
"I promise.
Because I feel conflicted to.
(I looked at her confused and she said blushing.)
Because I have feelings for your brother".
I smiled and looked at her, my mood already brightening my face.
I clapped and she said after i was down squealing.
"Promise me you won't tell him that, not until I'm ready".
I nodded and made the zipping up my mouth motion and throwing away the key.
I then said.
"I promise you have my word".
Bella held her pinkie up and said.
"Pinkie promise"?
I then said wrapping my pinkie around here.
"Pinkie promise".
We pulled up and I yawned, we quickly got inside because it began raining cats and dogs again.
Bella then said smiling when we didn't see Charlie.
"Good, we have the living room tv to ourselves".
She then said walking to the kitchen, I went to the couch and bundled me, Lady and Crookshanks with the blanket charlie must of left behind.
"I only have strawberry, and cookie dough.
(She held the two tubes in each crook of her arms, a can of whip cream in the right crook of her arm, two spoons in one hand, her pointer and middle finger, each skillfully holding a bowl as she walked over.)
But I think we can mix up the flavors with some whip cream".
I smiled and as I grabbed my bowl and spoon.
Only I began scooping the two flavors into Bella's bowl first and poured a generous amount of whip cream.
She did the same for me, we nearly emptied both tubes of ice cream.
But there was enough left that we let Lady and Crookshanks have it.
We were half way into watching Underworld Evolution when Charlie came home.
Only I was between curling up on my side and laying on the couch with my eyes closed.
Lady and Crookshanks in my arms with the blanket covering our body's except our heads.
Charlie must of thought I was alseep because he was whispering to Bella and carefully moving towards us as he appeared to be anaylising my face and looking at the tubes of ice creams on the table.
"Emergency cheer up sleepover"?
Bella then said.
"Y/n went to see Jacob and aparently he isn't sick, but she hasn't told me the rest,
(I moved like i was alseep and she moved the hair that stuck to my forehead.)
She got to upset to even speak without sobbing".
Charlie then said leaning against something since the floor creaked beneath his feet.
"Boys are complicated.
But this,
(He sounds like hes pointing.)
The emotional damage he did to her is inexcusable.
Jacob has no idea what he's missing".
I decided this was the best time to wake up.
Charlie smiled seeing me and said as i rubbed my fave .
"Hey Y/n how you feeling"?
I then said groggliy and tired.
"Alittle bit better".
Charlie then said.
"I can call his dad for you".
I shock my head and said.
"No I'll be fine, I'll get over this crush.
(I had my tired thinking face on.)
Now i understand why they named it crush in the first place, these feelings crush you when the person responsible for them doesn't feel the same way".
Charlie said looking up.
"Hu, so that's why it's called a crush?
(Charlie smield at me.)
Your a smart kid".
I then said after yawning.
"And a tired one".
Bella then said smiling.
"Well I think it's bed time".
Charlie then said patting my shoulder.
"I'm pulling an all nighter at the station, you can use my bed for the night, this couch has a lose spring and I'm afriad you'll get tetanus".
I nodded and I went up the stairs holding a sleeping Lady and Crookshanks who are cuddling into one another.
Charlie's room was slightly dark due to the black out curtains he had left closed.
I used my wolf eye sight to see my way around and I lightly smiled seeing the bed.
I toke two melatonin pills before slowly climbing into Charlie's bed.
I had my left arm over Lady and Crookshanks, my eyelids began getting heavy and I then fallen into a deep sleep.
Though I'm positive that I won't move in my sleep, the dream I was having felt like I was 100 percent awake.
