Childhood Friends pt.2

It's been a few days since you and Nate been back in Jeresy. Meeting your Aunt and Uncle and them falling completely in love with him. Also your younger siblings who have been looking up to him since the two of you first started dating. He's been staying at your apartment and out of respect of your siblings, he has been sleeping on the couch. But with that, each morning has be a complete surprise.

Skye: I think I'm falling for him again...
Gray: NO! You can't. I don't want you to get hurt again.
Gray: Listen to me Skye, he hurt you once before and you didn't talk to anyone for almost two weeks and didn't eat during that time either.

Nate: I'll see you at home. I'm taking them out on a little adventure until then.
Skye: No sweets Nate! Not even if they beg.
Nate: I got it I got it. No sweets, no junk food, soda or juice.
Nate: Wait?
Nate: Does apple juice count?
Skye: No, James loves it. But Lydia prefers water or sometimes lemonade.
Nate: Lemonade and apple juice. Got it.

Ethan: What's with you and trying to get with Skye again? You caused her pain before. What's your plan this time? To leave her with the knife in her back?

Nate: I was also 18 years old then. I've changed and grew manners and respect towards women. Especially for the people in my life I love the most.

Nate: I understand that you don't like me being with the girl that you refuse to make a move on but I really like her. And I promise to take care of her, Lydia and James. They are my top priority even without the two of us together.
Ethan: Just stop already. You're going to hurt her and guess who's left picking up the pieces? Me and Grayson
Nate: well you won't need to pick up the piece because all my love is going into this girl and her family.
Nate: And maybe if everything goes well, that family will go from hers and mine to ours.
Ethan: Keep dreaming big boy.
Nate: I will. Wish you the best luck with Emma, E. Hope she can treat you as well as Skye did.

Babysitting w/ Nate

"She just fell asleep." Their Aunt had met me outside, holding Lydia in her arms gently to pass over towards me so I can put her in the carseat. Grabbing her bag first to place in the back, I took her in my arms, resting her little head on my chest so I can hug them bye. "Thank you for watching her." She placed her hand on my cheek and smiled. I walked over to the car and placed her in the car seat, buckling her in and softly shutting the door.

Driving back to the apartment, slowly so neither of them would wake up from their naps and be pissed off. "Good morning gorgeous." I said, looking in my rearview, seeing Lydia pick her head up and look at the window. "Ice cream?" She pointed as we past right by the ice cream shop. "Maybe later. When your sister gets off of work." Getting upset, she crossed her arms and frowned at me. I laughed, thinking it was the cutest thing in the work. "How about smoothies?" They both had got happy and excited. I drove past the apartments and to the Mall to get Jumba Juice about five minutes away.

I had went to order, having them sit on the benches and play with my phone as I went to order. Glancing back and forth, making sure that they don't leave or go missing. Seeing some sketchy guy go up and sit right next to James, I called them both over, not trusting random people these days. Waiting in line, holding Lydia in my arms since she started to complain for standing this long.
"She looks exactly. You must be a good Dad." The cashier had said before I was even able to order our drinks. "Oh Thanks. But they're my girlfriends brother and sister." In shock, she began to apologize not knowing that they weren't mine. "It's fine. Get it more often than you think."

"SKYE!" James and Lydia jump off the couch, running towards the door as they hurt the lock. When she walked in, I got up off the couch to go and greet her. "Were they trouble?" She asked. "No, but I got some news for you."

Conversation w/ Ethan... again

Skye: Are you serious? Leave him alone and back out of my life please.

Ethan: Again with being over dramatic. Just calm down. It's not that big of a deal.
Skye: Yes it is Ethan. You swear that you can treat him like shit because he hurt me. But in reality, the person who hurt me was you. You pushed me away and then left. No reason whatsoever. What did I do to you to treat me like such shit?
