"It's been a week already," I told my mom at breakfast. "It's been a fucking week. I've talked to Neil more than my fucking dad."

"Why don't you call him?" She suggested as she got up and washed her dish.

"I don't have his number."

"I do," She smiled and pulled out a piece of paper from a drawer. "Call him while I'm gone."

"Okay."

"I have to go," She kissed the top of my head. "Bye, love you."

"Where are you going again?"

"I have a meeting with Harvey Weinstein."

"Right."

"Bye," She left.

I rushed to the phone and called Neil. He agreed to come over since my mom was gone in about an hour, so I rushed upstairs and I took a quick shower to make myself look presentable. Once I got out of the shower, I wrapped my body and my hair in a towel, and I went downstairs. I checked the piece of paper and it was indeed a phone number.

I wanted to call my dad, so I dialed the number into the house phone and they answered right away.

"Hello?" A female voice asked.

"Who is this?" I asked.

"I'm Anja. Who are you?"

I rolled my eyes. "It's Adette."

"What do you want?"

"I want to talk to my dad."

"TILL!" She yelled. "It's for you."

"Hello?" He asked.

"Why haven't you called me?" I asked trying not to sound rude.

He sighed. "I've been really busy."

"Oh. Okay."

"I'm sorry, Adette."

"No, it's fine. I understand."

"Can you call later tonight? Anja needs help with the kids."

"Sure. Of course."

"Alright, bye," He hung up the phone.

I set the phone down and I put on clothes, then I blow-dried my hair. Coincidentally, right as I finished, the doorbell rang. I ran down the stairs and opened up the door to find Neil standing there.

"Hello!" He yelled.

"Stop yelling!" I laughed.

I shut the door and locked it. We sat down on the couch and turned on the T.V.

"So, where'd your mom go?" He asked.

"She went to a meeting with Harvey Weinstein."

"He looks like a fucking pig. I swear to God."

"That's what I thought!"

"I have a question."

"Fire away."

"Who is your dad?"

"Oh. Umm, you don't know him."

"Who is he?"

"Till Lindemann."

"Who the fuck is that?"

"Exactly."

"Tell me."

"Lead singer of 'Rammstein.'"

"What's 'Rammstein'?"

I laughed. "A band. We should see them live sometime."

"Does he know about your mom's ex?"

"Yeah."

"Damn. So, when were you planning on telling me this?"

"When you asked."

"Hmm, understandable. What do you want to do?"

"I don't know."

"Let me get this straight: you invite me over having no clue what to do?"

"I guess so," I smirked.

"Let's watch something on the T.V."

"Okay."

We turned on "Romeo + Juliet".

"Okay, just one month and then we can watch 'Scream'," Neil exclaimed as he put the DVD in.

When it got to the steamy scene, out of the corner of my eye, I could see that Neil was getting closer to me. I smiled because I really liked him (I really did). He wrapped an arm around the back of the couch, so I leaned into his chest.

"Is that fine?" I asked to make sure.

"Yeah, yeah, that's fine," He nodded.

I smiled and then looked up at Neil.

"What?" He chuckled.

"Nothing," I shook my head, but continued to look up at him.

"Do you need something?"

"Yes," I muttered.

"Hm?"

"Nothing."

"No, what'd you say?"

"Nothing."

"Tell me!"

"No!" I laughed.

He grabbed my face softly and brought my eyes to his. "Tell me."

As he brought down his hands, I noticed that he was staring at my lips. I licked them as a reflex, and then we slowly leaned into each other. I was bursting with happiness and lust because right then and there, I wanted all of him. As we were about to kiss, there was a knock on the door. We jumped and bonked heads which made us groan.

"FUCK!" I yelled.

"You alright?" He rubbed his forehead.

"I'm fine," I got up and unlocked the door.

In the doorway standing there was Tyler.

"Tyler?!" I yelled. "What are you doing here?!"

"I just-who's that?" He pointed behind me.

I turned and found Neil standing there with his fists clenched.
