Sitting in the changing room, waiting for the boys to finish. It might take a while, they have just started. One Direction didn't want to be in the dressing room, but look, so we're here on our own... It feels awkward, me sitting here with Wienowa and Mayke, there's an awkward silence. I keep feeling like I should say something...

"So... Mayke... Is it up to Luke now?" Asks Wienowa, who is clearly trying to improve the atmosphere. "Yes, I think so..." Answers Mayke cheerfully. I think it's all a bit vague... "Were, or are, you a fan of 5 seconds of summer?" I ask further. "Yes, I am actually a fan, but of course that's weird when one of the guys is your boyfriend..." Mayke laughs nervously, I look at her questioningly. Okay?

I think about this morning, when I was on the bus with Ashton, and he found out that I was listening to 5sos...

"How did you guys meet, anyway? Because suddenly you were there... with Luke... and... yeah, a day later you're a couple..." I ask, a little uncomfortably. "I had a meet and greet.... When, at break, I went to the toilet, I saw him again. We talked for a whole break. He asked if I wanted to have a drink with him after the concert. Very cliché all..." Mayke explains. Cliché indeed... Very cliché.

As I've said five hundred times: I think it's a strange story... But then again, I can't judge other people's love lives. Between Ashton and me, it was quite awkward, and the relationship between Liam and Wienowa went fast as well. I do my best not to judge, but I can't help it.

Luke is a good guy, he deserves a girlfriend... But so soon? Is it love or is it obsession? She is and always will be a fan.

I decide not to make an issue of it anymore. It is as it is, Mayke travels with me to Sydney.

"Juultje!" Ashton walks in cheerfully. He is closely followed by Michael, Calum and Luke. Ashton sits down on my lap and pushes his back against me exaggeratedly. "Ashton, stop, you're crushing me!" I laugh. Ashton sits up straight, still on my lap. "That good?" He asks. I nod. "How was the show?" Mayke asks, walking up to Luke. "Awesome! Alice Springs rocks!" Replies Luke, giving her a kiss. He is much taller than her and she has to stand on her toes to reach it. It's a funny sight. "yeah!" Calum throws his hands in the air.

"Shall we check on the boys?" Mayke asks after a while. "Yeah, cool..." Luke stands up. "Are you guys coming too?" I'm the first to shake my head. The rest follow my example. Luke shrugs his shoulders. "Then we'll go as a couple..." Luke grabs Mayke's hand and takes her with him. When he closes the door behind him, I hear them continue walking, talking. It's quiet for a while.

"Don't you guys think it's weird?" I ask, continuing to stare at the closed door. "What?" asks Wienowa. "That she hasn't known Luke for days, except from pictures, and she's already travelling with him and stuff..." I answer. Michael shrugs his shoulders. "If he likes her, it'll be okay." He answers my question. "Maybe it was 'meant to be'?" Calum asks himself. "Yeah... Maybe... I've told myself not to judge anymore, even though I catch myself doing it sometimes..." I sigh. "Go Juul! I'm very proud of you! Day you want to try, I mean..." Ashton smiles at me. "I honestly think it's a bit odd too, but I'm not going to judge. I mean, I came all of a sudden too. And maybe it'll be fun, an extra girl." Wienowa shrugs her shoulders. I nod slowly.

"Guys, I'm going to go to the bathroom, does anyone know where it is?" Ashton gets up from my lap. "Me! I just went there, I'll show the way..." Wienowa gets up too. "Ugh... Watch out Juul, they're going into a toilet together!" Laughs Calum. I sigh. Ashton looks at me, he smiles. "Don't worry babe, I'm never gonna cheat on you! You're to special for me!" He gives me a kiss on my cheek, making me blush. He is so sweet! "See you soon." He mumbles, then follows Wienowa, out of the dressing room. There is silence for a moment.

"In half a month, it's Ashton's birthday..." I say, to break the silence. I don't feel like talking about Mayke again... "Yes I know! 20 already..." Says Calum. I nod. "Sucks that we have a concert on his birthday..." Sighs Michael. I feel bad too, I would have liked to do something nice with him, or surprise him. I think. "I want to do something for him, but what?" I ask myself out loud.

"Make a speech! During the concert!" Says Michael suddenly enthusiastically. "Seriously, Michael? I thought you knew me but..."

"That's nice, isn't it?" Then you suddenly walk up and wish him happy birthday. AND THEN YOU SING A BIRTHDAYSONG FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY!" Michael almost shouts the last sentence, that's how enthusiastic he is. I laugh. "Yes, of course Michael..." I laugh. "I don't think it's such a bad idea though.... That Happy Birthday wish then... It would be quite cute... But then not one of those staged speeches, but one that really suits you. And it should be a surprise for Ashton." Said Calum suddenly. I think, maybe it's not such a bad idea... The only downside is: I hate it when people look at me, I feel like they're judging me. For example, I like being more famous now, but it's scary... But yes. "I don't know if I dare..." I sigh. Calum sits down next to me and puts his hand on my shoulder encouragingly. "Those people really don't laugh at you.... I think they think you're cool. You're Zayn's sister, and if you and Ashton announce that you're a couple, there's bound to be only good reactions. You guys are so cute together." Oh yeah, we haven't announced it yet. "But, how will I surprise him if no one knows?" I ask. "Maybe you guys can announce it yourselves?" Just before his birthday, a week before or so..." Answers Michael. I nod slowly. "I would love nothing more, but Ashton doesn't want to..." I sigh. "Do you really believe that? He wants nothing more than for everyone to know that you are his girlfriend. He's so proud of you. Only he's afraid of trouble. That people won't like it or something..." Explains Calum. I feel myself turning red.

"I'll talk to Ashton about it..." I say finally. "About what?" Ashton walks into the room. I'm startled. Behind him walks Wienowa. "Should Wienowa... Wait for you?" I ask with raised eyebrows. "No, but she had to..." Ashton explains, my lips forming an 'okay'. "But what did you have to talk about?" Ashton asks. He comes and sits on my lap again. "Uhm..." I look at Calum, who nods encouragingly. "About the announcement of our relationship. I'd like to announce it before your birthday, a week before or so..." I explain. "Why? What about my mum?" Ashton asks in surprise. I look at Michael and Calum looking for help, and I don't know what I'm doing now. If I go through with this, I'll have to do that speech, on stage. "Because she's proud of you. And your mum uses you as an excuse, Ashton, you're just scared of hate. Skype still exists too..." Michael jumps in to help me. I sigh with relief. "Uhm... Okay, if that's what you want... But why a week before my birthday? Why then?" I shrug. "Then I can send a birthday tweet on your birthday with the proud designation of 'boyfriend'." I make up. Ashton laughs. "Okay, if that's what you want." He puts an arm around me. Immediately I feel like a fool: now I have to do that speech, otherwise Michael and Calum will start nagging... The advantage is that everyone can see how proud I am of Ashton, that 'Jashton' finally gets a confirmation. I'll just have to make the best of it...
