"they definitely argued" you heard the boys say softly with each other.
You just rolled your eye and sat on the sofa and scrolled through your phone while Jungkook was at the other side of the room on the floor, on his phone too. In normal circumstances, you two would be cuddling with one another on the couch during the break or just laughing away with each other. But because of how upset you were with Jungkook, or how upset you both were with each other, that didn't happen. You recalled what happened last night.
"Aren't you glad that it's not you" he said annoyed.
"You know that is not the point" you say gritting your teeth at how annoyed you were with his attitude.
He was caught up in a rumour with his female tattoo artist and now the fans are all talking about it. It's all over social media. Of course it upsetted you because you are his girlfriend and not her. The picture that was leaked was also a picture of him having an arm around her for a picture. You know her, and you know that they were just friends but he should've been careful.
"Then what's the point y/n? It was just for a damn picture. Do you have something against Rina?" he asked.
"No! I don't!" you exclaimed.
"Then? Why are you overreacting? It's my problem, you're not involved in it. Shouldn't you be glad that your name is not romantically linked to me in public? Isn't that what you want?" he said.
Your face dropped as your heart sunk. When he noticed your disappointed look, he knew he messed up. Immediately regretting his words. It was true, you didn't want to make the relationship public as of now because of where the group was in terms of career. Bts was at its peak and you feel that if you two were to confirm the relationship, things would go mayhem. You are already receiving hate for even looking at your own member because you two have been romantically linked before. After that, you just left him in the living room, going into your shared bedroom, and he didn't come in at all that night. You both went to practice separately too.

"10 more minutes until we practice the whole thing" Jisung, your choreographer announced.
The tv in the room was on and it was on some channel that talks about the updates of Kpop or korea in general. Suddenly, the article about the rumour of Jungkook and Rina came up on the screen.
"Jeon Jungkook of BTS was recently caught up in a dating rumour with his tattoo artist after a picture of them cuddled up closely together got leaked through a security camera. It was also seen that they were having drinks together with one another and many fans are talking about it now! However the company has not released any statement about this hot and rising rumour which makes the fan even more curious if it is actually true."
You couldn't take that anymore so you left the room. You needed to take a breather from all these. The room was tense. Jungkook watched as you left the room. He knows he has messed up. So did the boys. It was obvious who was in the wrong here and Jungkook didn't like to see you like that.
"I'll talk to her" he said before leaving to follow you.
Jungkook rushed out to find where you were at but he already had an idea of where you would be, and he was right. The spot where you always went to when you were stressed or wanted a break from work. He saw you had your knees to your chest and your arms hugging them as you watched the city from the floor to ceiling windows. Jungkook sighed before making his way over to you silently, then wrapping his arms around you from the back ever so gently, holding you with care.
He heard your quiet sniffles as you wiped away your tear after feeling his presence. Jungkook rested his head on your shoulder, placing a kiss on your shoulder.
"I'm sorry baby" he said softly.
You stayed silent. You know that if you speak, the tears would come running down even more. He let you take your time as you calmed yourself down from crying. Kissing your shoulder, neck and cheeks gently and rubbing your back as his hold on you felt safe.
He then settled down beside you before cupping your face to look at him. He looked into your teary eyed and his heart immediately broke. He was the reason you're feeling this way and he hated that. His teary eyes were staring deep into yours as he quickly wiped the tear that fell.
"I'm so sorry for yesterday. I shouldn't have said it that way. I now understand how it must have felt like. I know you know that there is nothing going on between Rina and I, but because it came out to the public, it could be seen as a whole different thing to people who don't know us. And I know... I know I shouldn't have talked about you not wanting us to be public. I really do understand why, I don't know why I even brought that up" he said.
"I'm sorry for acting like a child and a d!ck. I'm truly sorry. I'll do something about it. I love you so much, I hate to see you cry and knowing the reason why" he said pecking your lips.
"You were mean you know?" you say softly.
"I know baby. I'm so sorry for being mean" he said.
You cracked a smile at him, nodding your head.
"I hope you don't be mean again" you say.
"I won't. After seeing you ignore me, going to bed without you, crying like this because of me, there's no way that's happening again" he said kissing your forehead.
"Are we good now babe?" he asked, looking in your eyes with hope.
You nodded. He smiled and pulled you into a passionate kiss.
"I'm truly sorry. I love you so much" he said pecking your lips again after pulling away from the kiss.
"Let's get back to practice... they're probably starting soon" you say standing up.
You both made your way back to the practice room and the boys were impressed to see
you both reconcile quick.
"Finally! I was getting worried. You two never had a serious argument" Taehyung said which Jimin nudged him.
"I was a d!ck last night. My fault boys" Jungkook say kissing your cheek.
"Y/N-ah if he ever annoys you or make you angry, come to my house. I'll protect you from
him" Jin say jokingly.
"Hyung~~~~" Jungkook whined.
"alright! Let's start!"
